Ordered takeaway on Saturday 7th June at 14:30 for 4 people through their webpage. The tracker closed automatically so couldn't keep an eye on it, after an hour and a half of waiting decided to try and get an update. The contact details in the confirmation email was incorrect so had to search for a working phone number, spoke to someone at 16:10 who said delivery driver just left. Waited while going to the window every now and then to check but heard nothing and after nearly an hour rang again at 17:00. They where unable to contact the driver so offered to do the order again and get it to us in 30 mins but by that point we where ready to give up and walk to the local chippy as we where really hungry so asked them to cancel/refund the order. We got ready to leave and as we left we discovered the order on the doorstep, they can't have knocked or used the doorbell since we had two dogs by the front door and 4 people within 15 ft of the door the entire time and heard nothing. It must of been there a while as the condensation ment all the chips where cold and soggy, the meat had some residual heat left but all of it got thrown away and we made alternative plans for food. As of the writing of this review on the 17th there has been no sign of any refund only a call on Monday the 9th accusing us of being late for a booking which we didn't make and frankly would never bother trying again with how long...

An all-around horrific experience. The first thing you notice when you enter is the lack of necessary heat. It is just plain cold inside. I used the men's room upon arrival which was two floors up. I have health issues and experienced a very difficult time coming back down the steep stairs. I was visibly in distress. Instead of asking me if I was alright, the cook turned up the background music, apparently hoping I would fall down a flight of stairs, break my neck and spend the rest of my life paralyzed in a wheelchair or would just plain die by the time I reached the foot of the stairs. The chef's verbiage to me was nothing short of vile, abusive and disgusting. She treated me as though I am a naughty, little boy. I ordered a chicken gyro which was lukewarm at best when I landed on my table. The waitress was pleasant and accommodating; however, the cook brought over my second course halfway through the first when I had explicitly requested that they be served one after another. Thus, service was poor and apathetic. I also ordered souvlaki, a lamb dish, which was served hot. However, the meat was tough, burned and approached the texture of gristle. At one point, I just gave up chewing. During my visit, there were very few diners and I ask myself how much longer the owner can hang on. All in all, I wanted to treat myself to a Greek meal but, in the end, left very disappointed...

Table service stops at half 7 (19:30) depending on how busy it is so do not bother travelling if you want to eat in at a regular restaurant time ( this is not advertised online which was a absolutely beautiful discovery after driving over from Coningsby ) , the only option available was to take away but they had already stopped cooking some foods so there was a 10-15 minute wait for some items on the menu.

The food is usually fantastic from the Greek brothers hence we traveled over from Coningsby but when the only option is to sit In your car and eat it or risk it being cold by the time you get home I’m not sure I can really rate the food on this occasion since it’ll be cold but the time I get to eat it.

The service was…. something, staff were evidently uncertain on when they actually stop table service (I feel it very much depends on when they would like to go home and how busy they are but this is an assumption.) they were also uncomfortable with the situation so this was probably a first (hopefully)

Finally I can’t rate the atmosphere either since we couldn’t experience it due to it being closed to eating in

I think 3 stars is fair in this instance given the nonchalance of the staff regarding the lack table service and any information online regarding it ending sometime...

Lovely restaurant in a beautiful location! Has dine in option, but if you fancy eating at home, delivery and takeaway are also available. We went for lunch there. Lovely atmosphere, kind and explaining stuff, food made quick and served with a smile. I have personally ordered pork souvlaki, which was served with a portion of yummy fries, tzatziki which was absolutely delicious and salad, which mostly included onion, so I didn't eat much of it. But the meat was tender, well spiced and juicy! Finished everything without the 🥗 hehe. Baklava was nice served with ice cream for a dessert (sorry, no picture of it, as I couldn't wait starting it! 😁🫣) They offer wrapped gyros and open ones - chicken, pork, lamb - so for everyone's taste. The menu has more, but will leave it for you to find out! :) Hearty recommendations for a meal there! Don't wonder - visit "The greek brothers Lincoln"! 🫶🏻🌯

Absolutely beautiful and authentic greek food! The haloumi gyro was delicious and generously filled, for a surprisingly cheap cost. The atmosphere was very positive and friendly, with nice decor and greek music (a struggle not to dance to!). Everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel extremely special and valued. Definitely made our experience above and beyond and felt very homely and comfortable. Although I'm not often in Lincoln, I suggest anyone who is (or is even just visiting) definitely gives it a try - it won't disappoint. Overall the whole experience was fantastic. What was originally a quick stop for a late lunch turned it a delightful experience with tasty food and a great atmosphere which will make smile! Will visit again when in Lincoln :)

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. Absolutely incredible. As I was pushed for time, I opted to take away - which was cheaper. They also offered student discount, which was superb! I went for a mixed gyros, which was made up with pork, chicken and halloumi; with the usual trimmings of chips, greek salad and tzatziki. The taste was amazing, the meat was carved straight off, and the ingredients tasted high-end. The freshness was second to none. Overall, for the £5 I paid for this, you cannot get better anywhere else! I was absolutely stuffed afterwards, and I'm excited to come back and try the restaurant. In other cities you could easily pay £13 for this.
