Value for money? Nope.

When they passed the bag of food worth nearly £35 it felt really light. Even though we ordered 3 mains, a burger and a hot dog.

The food tasted good but the bread was terrible. The bread was crispy in parts and other parts were still raw. We should have got two salads but instead we got one small plastic container of salad and one sauce, even though we got 2 Nan mains with kebabs.

The wings called ‘suicide’ didn’t even make me think of it at all. It was milder than the fries.

The garlic wings were nicer than the suicide wings.

Overall we were disappointed. The kids were disappointed with everything and that says a lot as we eat out quite often.

The fries were rock hard so I never eat them. The regular wings were missing from my order and when I phone them they had a horrible attitude and were rushing me and then slammed the phone down, the regular wings came an hour later but 2 hours after I first ordered and it was for my mum who is diabetic and she has to eat at a certain time and because the wings came 2 hours later they went in the bin cause my mum had something...

Staying in Travelodge central exchange street Liverpool. Wanted some food so I rang Broaaters, they were totally useless and unhelpful, they asked for a postcode to get it delivered so got that and then wanted a building number ( it’s a massive hotel ) the chap had incredibly bad English and he was incredibly unhelpful so told him not to bother. I would recommend trying a different establishment as there attitude...
