Ordered on the app. Sat in the drive through for 30 mins. People beeped a couple times as we were all in a line there for so long. Finally got to the window to be asked to pay for a double whopper. I said I didnāt order that. Again gave my order number. To then be told āwe donāt do chocolate milkshakeā. I mentioned that the app apparently thinks they do because it let me order it! He shrugged. I by then was going to be late for where I was headed to and said just cancel it all. He said only a manager can do this. So I said great ask them to cancel. He comes back saying they said they canāt and itās got to be done in the app. I told him it canāt be done in the app. So itās currently still pending on my bank. However I mentioned to him itās my first time using this particular BK and itās my last. I wasnāt impressed by the wait time, the attitude & the lazy manager who cba coming to the window. Very unorganised by the slowness of the wait times. Itās supposed to be fast food and by the way Iām not sure if he meant they donāt do chocolate milkshake at that BK ever or if he meant to say theyāre out of stock of it. But āwe DONāT do chocolate milkshakeā I take it to mean ever. Either way Iāll be using KFC, McD and Dominos as I have done for years before this useless BK...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was nice enough but wasnāt quite hot enough. I was missing some fries from my order and wasnāt able to order from my phone at this restaurant for some reason. Wait was ok and screens are nice and clear and easy enough to use. Had two security on which seems odd because the place isnāt that big but maybe this was because the Coca Cola truck was outside. Donāt understand why thereās so much floor space, especially as there clearly isnāt enough tables. Biggest problem here though was lack of disabled access. This is a brand new place, completely refurbished and it could have been easily designed differently. Wheelchair users are easily able to get to the toilet but canāt access half the restaurant (due to three steps) and more importantly, the counter, drinks machine and other things like condiments!! What if the only available tables are in the part they canāt reach??? AND all order screens are too high up to reach!!! This needs reporting and putting right, surely BK are committing offences here. There is a sign and bell at the point you have the steps but itās clearly an afterthought. Are you telling me staff hear the bell, come to a person in a wheelchair straightaway, take their order and eventually take it to them? Iām...

Put me off going again 1st order for one burger and fries I was still waiting 15mins for my number to be shouted and had to stop the staff and tell them Iāve stood 15mins,wasnāt busy was just another two people waiting for food 2nd order I collected,got home there was food missing 3rd time ordered through just eat they gave me someone elseās order 4th time (today) ordered whooper and fries once again wasnt busy I stood there 20mins I even grabbed a chair and sat where they call youāre number,I got fed up and went straight to the desk to tell them Iāve waited 20mins,they just walked past me ignoring me,till I had to shout Iāve waited here 20mins!!!
