I recently visited Heavenly Dessert and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience, thanks in large part to Riza, one of the staff members who truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, Riza greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

Her professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. She patiently guided us through the menu, offering excellent recommendations based on our preferences.

Throughout our visit, Riza ensured we were well taken care of, checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made us feel so comfortable, as if we were regulars even though it was our first visit.

To top it all off, Riza’s positive energy was infectious—it truly added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable, and because of her exceptional service, we’re already planning to come back.

I recently visited Heavenly Desserts with three friends on Tuesday evening and we each ordered coffee and dessert. Unfortunately, one of the Americanos had an unappealing oil layer on top, making it undrinkable for my friend. Due to how busy the staff was, it was difficult to get their attention to request a replacement, and by the time desserts arrived and the rest of us had finished our coffees, my friend didn’t want another. The desserts themselves were disappointing—significantly smaller portions than before, lacking the flavor we had come to expect. The “tiramisu” was especially disgusting 🤢 it barely resembled the dessert it was supposed to be. When we asked for the bill, I politely explained the issue with the coffee and requested that it should be taken off the bill but the server returned after speaking to management, claiming “that’s how the coffee is.” I knew this wasn’t true ( I am a barista :), but the staff seemed hesitant to take any initiative. JUST WOW!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯 we first came to Heavenly desserts on Sunday evening and it was just a beautiful place with amazing food and such friendly staff. The royale waffle sundae, chocolate fudge cake and milkshakes were amazing. We came again on Monday and met the most friendliest waiter Ramu. He was so so lovely and went above and beyond for all of our needs. He helped us choose our desserts and made the best recommendations. Nothing was too much for him he honestly went above and beyond for all our needs. He always had the brightest smile on his face and you could see his genuine passion for his work. We came back again today as it was our last day at Liverpool and once again fabulous service by Ramu. He was so hardworking and friendly and we want to say a massive thank you to Ramu for being so so lovely and making our time great at heavenly desserts.
