Came for a 90 minute social darts session that was booked in advance. A really nice man approached us near the end and offered us his party’s drinks as he (and party) were leaving so offered to us any drinks and food that were already on the table as they no longer needed/wanted them. Everything was already paid for but not drunk and so offered out to us as they no longer needed. We obviously graciously accepted and carried on our game until we were sprung upon with all security making a rather large scene over a few bottles of a beer and one bottle of wine. It appears that unless the person that bought the drinks actually drinks it’s, anything then offered out after is an actual crime. The bottle of wine we were offered (and was already on the table and paid for) was the main point of focus. We were told to pay for the bottle of wine (that some one who had already paid for) or leave. We were accused of theft and made to feel like criminals on my dad’s birthday, the whole event was more than ideal and to be honest I would not wish it on anybody. The manager was very biased (of course towards the company, very unfeeling, unapproachable and to be honest rather robotic. I’m sure they will read this review and laugh (as staff do at people that have an opinion). I hope people read this and feel as I do, as someone who very rarely takes the the time to posts reviews. Arrive at 2.30 for our bottomless brunch darts and got seated with our bottles of Prosecco. We didn’t get our welcome cocktails until 3.10, and pizza started being brought at 3.10 too. I feel like this let the experience down, both should have been brought from the start. The girl that took us to our tables didn’t know what the beer option was instead of Prosecco. The pizza was really good apart from them bringing us vegan pizzas and none of us were vegan. I stood at the bar for 15 minutes in front of a female staff member and she just ignored me continuing to make drinks. It wasn’t busy, I was the only person stood at the downstairs bar. Fantastic!! We booked a 3pm slot for my Wife's Birthday but turned up early, we went in for a drink and they were more than happy to bring our booking forward for us, we also wanted to add an extra half an hour to our slot which wasn't a problem either. The games were fantastic and great fun, we ordered food which was delicious and Cocktails too (you can have these whilst you play darts) you order drinks at your booth and one of our orders was missed, a member of the Team was very apologetic and brought us 2x Cocktails....for Free!! We finished and decided to have another drink at the bar, as they didn't have enough Cherry's to decorate our Cocktail we got these for free also!!
