Heskey's — Restaurant in Liverpool

This is a real disappointment. The food when you get it is actually really tasty. However twice we have ordered with them, and twice they have forgotten items from the order - most importantly forgot the burger! When you call them, they blame the delivery company but the second time it happened I spoke to the delivery man as he was still outside the house. They then told me they would deliver the burger to us and it would be 10-15 mins. It's nearly 1 hour later and I'm still waiting, and they've stopped answering their phone! Shame as I gave them a second chance as their burger tasted amazing the first time. They should invest in a new manager who actually cares about...

First time ordering from here. Food was mediocre, they seem to like to use a lot of spice and chilli flakes in their food though. They messed up of the milkshakes we ordered, sending the wrong one to what we ordered. We called the store and they just passed the book to the Uber Eats driver, blaming him for giving us the wrong drinks bag. It clearly wasn’t his fault and was solely then stores fault- both food/drinks bags had our order receipt attached to them, so the store either put the wrong receipt on the bag or gave us the wrong drink. Delivery driver turned up, asked for Pin,

Gave pin to driver, came inside, checked food to realise that I only received drinks and no food,

Went back outside to driver, only for him to use Google translate to say, this is all the restaurant gave him,

Contacted restaurant for them to say, nothing they can do, I even asked could I travel down to collect the food and the response i got was to contact Just Eat,

Contacted Just Eat and they have said because I gave the pin to the driver and took delivery I am not entitled for any refund,

Waste of £44...
