Pizza Hut - Liverpool City Centre — Restaurant in Liverpool

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me he could not find my address, I asked if he had used the postcode to which he said yes, but my apartment building has it's own postcode. 15 minutes after this, he finally arrived with cold, soggy pizzas that we had to reheat in the oven. We asked for a discount on the phone and while we eventually paid £12 instead of £16.88, the phone service was so poor and the man in the store kept insisting that the pizza would be fine (it really wasn't), that we wish we had just cancelled the order and cooked instead. After all that hassle, and being stood in the cold for 15 minutes outside my building, the pizzas tasted bland and we only ended up eating one of them before deciding it wasn't even worth it. Bland, cold, soggy food, poor delivery, and rude customer service. We won't bother ordering...

I went to another pizza hut delivery last week... it was fresh, steaming hot, the smell of pizza hit me as soon as i walked in, the cheese and toppings went to the edges of the crust and i got offered dips.

Went to this place because they didn't have 'pan' in my first choice resturant so opted to go here instead... it was cold and lifeless, untidy in the back, ingredients and dough stale, most of it was burnt with the toppings and cheese halfway down the pizza, the guy needs to learn how to cut pizza properly, and when someone's just forked out for a pizza, give them a free dip instead of rushing the card machine out and looking like an embarrassing tight wad acting like it will come out of your wages, needless to say I...

Very bitter experience twice so far. Both the times, the delivery didn't happen. Placed order for £80 worth items at 2 pm. ET for delivery is 2.40pm. Once the order was out for delivery, tracking wasn't available. waited till 3.10pm While enquired Pizza Hut, they mentioned that since the delivery person wasn't available, they arranged it through Deliveroo, and that they can't track the driver. It was absolutely absurd to hear that after waiting for 1 hour since ordering. We had a party and 8 kids were waiting in hunger. Our party did not end very well as kids were all crying desperately. If there's no delivery person, they shouldn't have take up the order, or called us and explained...
