We booked the restaurant as the Liner was running a 'Park & Dine' promotion on their Pre-theatre menu before watching Hamilton at the Empire as a family. On our arrival, the car park was fully booked and we had to find another car park. The food was passable and the service was alright, but having to pay an extra £10 to park our car left a bad taste in the mouth. It would have been a nice gesture to take this off the bill as we had spend over £100 for our meal and we only booked the restaurant because of the convenience of free car parking and proximity to the Empire in the first place. It took a very long time to return and when it did it was burned to a crisp and inedible. When we complained the waitress said " Well you asked for it to be reheated" as if it was our fault they were serving inedible food. The Chef clearly has very poor standards and management have staff with attitude issues both of which reflect on their competence. As a couple we wanted to eat together not 15 minutes apart and if edible food is too much to ask then they shouldnt offer what they cant deliver! I checked several times that they had recorded my car reg correctly so when we went to leave the car park, after going to the theatre opposite, there would not be any problem exiting it. When we did try to leave the car park the barrier stayed firmly down. Fortunately there was a very helpful Attendant who said this happens all the time and let us out. Seven Seas Brasserie and The Liner Hotel couldn't organise a party...
