I visited this Subway during a local parade today, and the store was extremely busy — at one point there were over 40 customers inside. What really stood out to me was that only one staff member, Alice, was left to handle everything on her own. She did her absolute best and, as always, made great sandwiches and provided friendly service, but it was clear she was overwhelmed — and understandably so.
In situations like that, it’s only fair to have at least two or three people working, especially during events where high foot traffic is expected. It didn’t seem right that she didn’t have any support. While I don’t know the full details behind the staffing decisions, it clearly reflects poor planning from management.
Alice is a fantastic worker who always goes above and beyond, and it was sad to see her put in such a difficult position. I hope the manager, Aashish, and the wider team take this as constructive feedback — because with better support, the experience for both staff and customers could be...

When I contacted the store to let them know they proceeded to tell me that’s there is nothing I can do and I will have to request a refund on the app and make a new order if I would like to receive the other half of my order. Large enough to eat in, great window seating to watch the world go by whilst having a break.
