Confusing cutomer service... Lady who appeared to be owner/manager asked me if me and my friend wanted to order food and I was like oops haven't looked at menu yet... And she just took it away! Maybe she didn't hear/understand what I said, but most if not all the cafes/restaurants I've been to would ask if they can take the menus away even after ordering food It was just so strange... Not to mention my friend hasn't said anything and the woman didn't check with her... Just aggressively took the menus and she said something along the lines 'I'm taking them away bc it looks like you're waiting to order'. This really shocked me... Couldn't she just tell the other 2 staff members we're not ready to order just yet/to give us a minute? Or was she worried this would look bad to like maybe 2-3 other groups of people who were there at that time? I get that hospitality/customer service jobs can be stressful as I worked in that sector myself, but you just can't treat customers like naughty children (got similar vibe from a review that said the customer was interrogated about not finishing her food...). I asked for the menus back when I got my drink I've ordered earlier and we kinda laughed it off, but I still felt so awkward and unwelcome so just ordered cake (which was pretty good as hey, it's cake!). I was having really nice time with my friend who recommended this place, but if that wasn't the case I would have just paid for my drink (oat lavender latte, which looked beautiful, but didn't taste that great) and left... I hope they can improve as I think it's great to have a fully veggie/vegan place in the heart of Liverpool, but for now the vibes -...

My wife and I went here for lunch the other day. We are certainly no vegans but thought we’d give this place a try. The restaurant is attractive looking and very green. It was quite busy but they opened up seating upstairs so we managed to get a table no bother. The lady that served us was lovely and friendly. You can tell she genuinely loves her job. The menu is great. It isn’t just filled with nasty fake meat like other plant based restaurants. I went with the spud bowl which had a mixture of tasty flavours and was well presented. I usually like my baked potato cooked a little more but it was still very nice. My wife got the pancakes which she enjoyed. For sides we got salt and pepper cauliflower and potato bites. The cauliflower was lovely and soft and came with a nice dipping sauce. The potato bites were also delicious. Not too crispy and the garlic mayo was yum yum. For drinks we got a couple of smoothies. The wife got the boss berry bliss and I got sun goddess. The berry one was definitely stronger in flavour and in the end a bit much for my wife but both were tasty. To take away we got carrot cake, cinnamon bun and a white chocolate & biscoff brookie. The carrot cake was scrumptious, the brookie was devoured by the wife and the cinnamon bun was not bad, although I’ve had far better. Overall we loved our lunch here and will recommend not just to our veggie family but anyone. It was a little expensive but you get what...

My daughter was visiting and booked here to meet up with her grandad, my partner and me, oh and not forgetting the dog. The vibe cafe is easy to find with parking directly across the road. There are several tables outside and it all looked pleasant and inviting. We were greeted straight away and given the choice of tables to accommodate our group of 5. Reggie the pug was straight away given water and a treat (the lovely lady asked first) so that was excellent as a dog friendly place to visit. We were given menus and enough time to work out what we all wanted because we kept forgetting to look as we were busy catching up. We hadn't really let my dad know that it was a vegan cafe because he's stuck in his ways and not always willing to try new things but he chose something straight away and the choice was excellent. The food arrived quickly, well presented and hot. There wasn't one of us not happy with what we ordered and I think we each had something different. The waitress was very nice and friendly and when I accidentally knocked the dogs bowl over she wouldn't hear of me mopping up and insisted on doing it. I would highly recommend the Vibe Cafe to anyone looking for some really well thought out and tasty vegan food and drinks, the menu is really impressive. The huge compliment though comes from my dad who declared his cappuccino the nicest he's ever had and he still doesn't know it was made with...

Stopped here for lunch on our last day visiting Liverpool, and we were so glad we did! Loved that the entire place was plant based and with so many gluten free options too; it made it so easy for me when I can't have dairy or gluten. There were so many lovely options, it was hard to choose! In the end I went for the 'green soul bowl,' which had fried tofu, edamame, broccoli, pak choi, rice noodles, and a creamy green thai sauce. It was absolutely stunning. It tasted so fresh, fragrant, and was full of so many flavours. It was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had the black forest pancakes, which were also amazing- they tasted exactly like black forest gateau! I also had a coconut milk hot chocolate with cream and my boyfriend had a berry smoothie. Both were delicious. My hot chocolate was so smooth, velvety and creamy. The decor was lovely too, and the cafe itself is just a really nice space to be in. The music was great; relaxing jazz and not too loud. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were served quickly. There were also a selection of cakes and fairtrade drinks such as karma cola to buy too. My boyfriend and I agreed that the food we had at the Vibe, was the best food we'd had the whole time we'd been in Liverpool. We can't wait til we can visit again and try some more of the lovely food! Cannot recommend enough, you must visit if you're in Liverpool!
