Had high hopes but unfortunately disappointing and 'smashed' my expectations (not in a good way sadly).
Ordered 3 meals for an adult and 2 kids, told 5 to 8 minutes.
40 minutes later still waiting and only 2 arrived. One chicken and waffle burger, chicken fillet was more like a flattened out overcooked bordering on burnt fish finger in between cold supermarket waffles.
Sent back and got charred cold waffles with a burnt inedible bit of chicken in it.
3rd meal which is 12th Street signature burger came nearly 50 minutes later.
No staff in the front of the shop fir most of the time, approximately 6 to 8 delivery drivers waiting for their orders, with huge delays and backlogs.
Shop was nicely themed but very cold. Food was OK only the smash burgers flavour wise but again cold.
Eat in orders but had to ask for trays as handing them in bags.
May be these guys have had good days, unfortunately today not one of them.
I wanted to get a rear at least half my money back as wasn't a nice eating or dining experience.
Between 2 orders myself and my brother nearly spent £100 so clearly we were disappointed.
Not going there again.
Huge Improvements needed on many fronts.
I would like the management to contact me about refunding me some or all of my bill.
Order no 12 and 13, 6 meals...
Read moreMy father and I dined in and I enjoyed the interior, although it was a bit bright, empty, and playing high pitched radio music. When we arrived there was no one at the front, so we had to wait for someone to come out. We were clearly the first people who had dined in in quite a while, as while we were eating several delivery drivers came in for pickup. Our food took probably 10-15 minutes to arrive, so we weren’t waiting long. Our milkshakes were absolutely incredible, as I got Oreo and my father got Mango. We both got the 12th Street Burger, although I asked for no gherkins and yet was still given gherkins despite my request. The burger was decent for an American style burger from England. The fries were pretty good as well. The reasoning behind my rating is that there were far too many options on the menu, which ultimately results in lower quality food overall. While it is a burger and shake place, it also sells wings, as well as £4 donuts, fancy cakes, and other sweet treats. If you are going for American burgers, great milkshakes, or halal food then this place is pretty good, but I wouldn’t recommend it for its desserts. It would, however, be fantastic food for when you are drunk. Unfortunately, there is also quite a lot of sensory overload inside...
Read moreCan’t post without putting a star so don’t get excited your food was inedible!!! Avoid at all costs they purposely get your order wrong. Whoever’s number is linked to the business and answered the phone to me needs a slap and to find another job asap, his customer service is a shambles. Laughed down the phone when I asked why I had been sent the completely wrong burger and food was freezing cold as if it had been sat there for hours the cheese slice was crispy too. I have audio recording of him owning up to getting orders wrong on purpose and then laughing when I was in complete shock and silence from what he had said. Fillet chicken burger (which wasn’t what I ordered) was dark brown which obviously is over cooked, I threw it in the bin after tearing it with my hands to show the chicken was completely dry. The macNcheese bites… any colder I would have assumed they just got taken out the freezer. Milkshake is just flavoured milk tbh. Not sure how these lot are still open but can guess they won’t be for long with this failed attempt at food! Waste of money and time. Atleast I have his recording so I’ll be contacting the food standard and hygiene agency and...
