Bagel & Shake Ealing — Restaurant in London

TERRIBLE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE BAGELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being students and being 24 hour this seemed perfect. However it turned into FOOD HELL. Firstly, they were 30 mins late after their estimated time. The only reason the bagels actually arrived were because I had to ring them to remind them of the order. Secondly, they over charged us after being late, of which I did not pay, I paid them the EXACT amount due. Secondly, one of the bagels, the chicken ceaser bagel, turned out to be a chicken tikka bagel, which counted as a ceaser bagel because (and I quote) "It had the dressing on it, which makes it the same". No. And lastly, they strawberry smoothie which is banana free, and specially ordered for that purpose because my room mate whom wanted it is allergic - not in a life threatening way, but enough that made us phone back for the 3rd time to complain as she began to be violently sick down the toilet. After which I was told, I am the only customer to ever have a problem in the history of the place being open, that I did not pay the proper amount, that the menu was not falsely advertised and that I did not understand what a chicken ceaser was, and when requesting the man who shouted at me down the phone for his name after requesting a manager, I was hung up on. We did not recieve any apology or compensation for the illness inflicted, only complaints about not paying them the extra pound that they overcharged, and being shouted at over the phone while I remained perfectly calm and civil throughout the...

I went to B&S at about 6.30pm. There weren't any other customers and the only people who came in after me were staff. I ordered 2 Salt Beef Bagels and a Banana and Peanut Butter milkshake. The whole thing seemed to take way longer than it should have, mostly due to the guy having to go out and buy some bananas. I also overheard the guy talking to a customer on the phone who I can only assume was complaining about a slow delivery. That said, the milkshake didn't have enough peanut butter and I think the bananas weren't ripe enough. The bagels were fine, but I had to walk home after getting them, had they been warmer they would have been better. Overall, I would have liked a choice of waiting for bananas or a quicker service and the place could probably do with more efficient management. This is the worst establishment I have ever come into contact with, please for the sake of your health dont order from here.

The entire order was messed up as they replaced items that they did not have with random items, and they lied to us by saying they called to tell us of the change.

Plus They didnt include a number of other items orded and they did not even attempt to compensate for this

The customer service was terrible, and the food delivered did not even look worth eating, it was binned and we will be requesting a full refund from hungryhouse
