Ealing Mangal — Restaurant in London

We've been going to this restaurant for a while now and the quality of food have gone way down. The chilly sauce is a joke, you can feel it has condiments and a lot of oil instead of tomatos and chilly!! Meat is quite dodgy sometimes- not sure if it's reheated or done on the spot, if you are lucky to get it in in your order! Today was the third time they forgot to put the double portion of meat in our order. Last time they forgot the couscous! First time they forgot the meat, we had to go back and ask for it! Not to mention they almost always forget to add peppers. Hire more stuff or close down, how can you forget to add key ingredients your customers pay for?? Another corner restaurant that wants to make money on a rush with cheap rushed food!...

One of the "hidden gems" for good food in West Ealing!

The only complaint I have would be that they tend to have different serving sizes, it depends on who is preparing the food I guess! If the background music tends to be on repeat for one song, then the servings will most likely be in the average size, otherwise they provide really good servings.

Really good value and great warm service. This Turkish Mangal serve some of the best grilled meat you can have around the area. The restaurant looks very different from the outside (hence the "hidden gem" comment) but is actually spacious inside.

The restaurant has a lot of potential and I hope that they do get to try a bit more as they can easily get a lot more customers...

We visited the restaurant for Iftar during Ramadan and they provided dates and water for us to break our fast. The staff were all great and friendly, particularly the young man serving our family! The restaurant was clean and spacious with nice Turkish music playing. The food was amazing! The kebab tasted great and was served with a large portion of salad so was a healthy option compared to other nearby restaurants. The lamb chops in particular were cooked perfectly - tender with amazing flavour. I’d definetly recommend mangal to anyone looking for a great meal for a very reasonable price and I will surely be returning...
