What a disaster. So after 1am on the hunt for food I stop at this place. Ordering a single beef burger and fries. Was told wait would be 10min. After waiting in car I return for burger only to be told it would be another 5min. After 5min still no food. There seemed to be around 5 men in the kitchen with say another 5 men wondering in/out of kitchen and till area in tracksuits and other sorts. Nobody seemed to care. Deliver drivers also lounging around waiting. Loiterers outside and to be honest as a female it was quite an intimidating setting. So after 35min of waiting total I was handing food with no apology for wait time. Starving I open bag in car to get stuck in. Immediately I notice no heat is coming from foil which wraps burger. So after all this time I receive a burger which was cold and dry. Chips we're hot. Not sure who the manager was tonight but they need to take a good look at the service and delivery of food. I believe the interest was in the online orders so my order was pushed back everytime one came in.Having people assuming management as they had no uniform, from the street wondering in/out of the kitchen handling food is very unhygienic. No masks no hand sanitiser on way in before handling food. Unfortunately I would definitely not...

I placed an order through the Deliveroo app and my driver arrived with the wrong order. This is clearly the restaurants fault as they should ensure drivers take the correct order or at least have good enough customer service when mistakes are made. I called the restaurant directly and the incredibly rude young woman who answered put me on hold for about 5 mins while me and the driver stood in the rain and he was unable to do his other jobs. After all this they took my address and said they would deliver it directly using their own in staff delivery service, I said that’s fine expecting them to bring remade food but NO they brought cold inedible disgusting food, and worse than that the driver from the restaurant was rude himself! To top it all of when I called the restaurant again saying I’d like to make a complaint, any normal industry would be at the VERY least apologetic, this establishment ran by incredibly disrespectful no home training jokes just told me “complain through the app”. AVOID if you value decent customer service and basic competence. I’ve been a customer here for MONTHS and this was my experience, clearly they don’t...

If you are in West London DO NOT eat from this place. This is the ealing branch so cannot comment on the other places. Waited 45 minutes for my food to be given food which had been sat on the shelf for atleast 10 mins going on 15 mins because they were waiting for my milkshake? I told them I don't want warm food. I ordered and waited for fresh hot food. No attempt to fix or resolve the issue and the 'manager' telling me I obviously am here to cause an argument after travelling from South London to Ealing cause I've got nothing better to do on a Sunday night. Typical attitude from people that have no idea of customer service or how to handle food. Will not be coming back here and will deter anyone else from going. Terrible service. The others that did get their food complained of it being cold and tasteless. And the joke was they tried speeching me on food service after my 30 years plus in the food...

Better than your average late night munch. If it's during the day, I would give it a 2-star rating at best, considering the amount of (much better) options available on Uxbridge Road. At night, maybe 4 stars against other late night options (there aren't many). I chose to give it 1 star because no one followed basic hygiene protocol during COVID, not a single mask in sight. It might be a joke to your staff, but I am tested for work multiple times a week and as a freelancer, if I test positive, I lose my income. No offense but your small portions and frozen patties are not worth two weeks of my salary. Hygiene. Matters. (which, by the way, couldn't find the stickers for it on the front windows. Looked it up, turns out it's 3/5).

Cheatmeals burger are delicious - I usual get a single patty beef with cheese. Nice soft buns. Quality beef. But the sides are a let down - chips remind me of chicken cottage when u would have to add the salt and shake the bag, once they are cold no point eating and the soft drinks are from the tap, although they do have an option to have cans. I wouldnt want to sit inside the restaurant, it cold, hard chairs, no music - takeaway vibes. Better off as takeaway or eating in the car. U can be left waiting a while once u order, but at least u know they are making Ur burger fresh. Overall a reliable tasty burger with a great selection of sauces!!

Love the name, the quirkeyness and the word play. But in the end of the day it's still a chicken shop.. Came here after a night out; the girl behind the counter kept forgetting my name , so 2 people that came after me got their food before I did. I must say the cheesy burger one was actually good, but beside from that the fries was ok.. Location was on the high street and during night time it was not allowed to eat inside ??? Even if you took just a few fries to munching on, you were still not allowed. Not sure why. When I got there they only take cash, so if you come after 1200 definitely have cash on you or there is an ATM next door.
