Agrobeso African Cuisine — Restaurant in London

A friend recommended this place as I was visiting from outside London and was excited to eat some authentic Ghanaian food. The customer service is just non existent here. I believe he is the owner or so, but he was rushing me about my order although i told him I wanted to look at the menu because they were out of my first choice. He also proceeded to tell me that I should make up my mind about the order because he wanted to go and sit down with his friends. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE and take your money elsewhere. The Food is good but the customer service is non existent.

I ordered my food and the lady forgot to make it so I asked again for where my order was after 15 minutes she aggressively shouts at me it’s coming after 20 minutes she charged me a extra pounds after prior telling me a different price. This is fraud there were no prices shown neither all covered up. And the lady was like we can make a smaller one for you. Like I’m going to wait another 15 minutes. I used to go often but it seems they are busy enough to treat regular customers like this. Hope they enjoy that extra pound they stole as they aren’t getting a penny...

One star for the customer service. The food was decent but not worth the hostility I experienced from the staff. The lady who served me glared me down from the second I walked in and acted very impatiently with me as I made my order. Spoke to me in a very aggressive way and generally made me feel nervous and very unwelcome. I felt like I was going to get yelled at for doing something wrong.
