Chick Chicken — Restaurant in London

So I'm on the app I order over 20 pounds worth and it gives me a offer for free onion rings, which I don't eat so I call and ask for them to change to bbq beans please and get told. There is no free onion ring offer. It says it as soon as you enter the shop on just eat. I've been a customer for years there and I'm so upset to be made out to be a liar. It's there shop and there deal. He said he worked there 10 years never been this offer. Cancel and re order and order bbq beans. How bloody rude the beans are cheaper aswell. The good 1.Their chips is very tasty so is their pitza. The bad 2.the wings used to be good when it opened but now I don't know the chicken is not fully cooked its wet I see pink and grey area's on both wings and chicken when I take off the top cover. 3.these days I have concerns about hygiene. Just look at the door to the toilet. also I have seen dirty looking buckets in the kitchen area beyond the counter. I think they get the pizza toppings or the stuff to cook the chicken with. I have also seen dilevery drivers with dusty jackets going into kitchen area and handling food with those unclean clothes. 3.I will go back in January to see if there is change if there is not I won't be buying my food there. As of today I give it 5 stars. As of today I only give 1 star. Because of a small situation and for a small price. On 2/26 my boyfriend went to pick up a chicken lime up, and they had increased the price (£ 10 now (£ 12)). He only had £ 10 and owed £ 2. Well today he went back to pick up the same and took £ 20 paid and came home told me there was still money missing, I asked how. they had to pay £ 6 = £ 12 + £ 2.
