Wow, I don’t get the other reviews. Mediocre at best. The ‘ramen’ was not ramen—a more-or-less tasteless broth with some over-cooked noodles from a box, and a few little pieces of chicken in a paper bowl. Worst ramen I’ve had in London (which has some decent ramen spots). The sushi looked unappetizing, not fresh, not even on the level of any of the other mediocre sushi chains around. OK the food IS good here; but it's a little overpriced (for the quantity) and I've fallen victim to the chicken gyoza scam at least twice (if you order the 6pcs make sure you check the box before you leave the restaurant!!)

Other than that, a nice place to treat yourself every once in a while. If the price was a bit lower I'd go here for lunch most days. Decent selection of Japanese dishes and ever-changing specials (with the occasional Korean gatecrasher) so there is always...

The food is exceptionally good and keeps me coming for more. However, the service is disappointing. The lady at the till keeps taking orders although there is a massive queue of people waiting for their food. She seems to put a lot of pressure on the kitchen team and she makes customers wait for ages without ever apologising. Whenever I go there I spend most of my lunch break just waiting...
