Hi, I'm local.

I live not far from the place and sometimes I simply don't have time to cook and they're convenient.

Absolutely every single time they are on the phone, all of them, either talking on the phone or playing on the phone or whatever. Not only doesn't adhere to health and safety standards but it's disqusting.

Also, customer service is non existent (unless they are in a really good mood in which case they might say "hi").

For the past few weeks I came in say 10 times from which half the times I simply walked out of the shop because of the overall super arrogant vibe (which I don't understand).

Today 19.10 , I came to order something late afternoon after training and fasting all day. I asked the guy with tattoos what he recommends me, he told me "1 minute" very rudely. He was on the phone of course. I simply said "OK" and left.

It's my money and I will be served as a customer. If you don't and you're also rude, I will be completely brutal and have no mercy every single time.

Will never recommend this place to...

Although the food is nice, I was never pleased with the owner's attitude (the short man who is very abrupt and rude). He has double standards, he would greet and be nice to English and Pakistani customers( I have observed this several times). His portions when serving English customers are very good portions compared to a large portion which is always small for non English n non pakistani customers. He cut corners when serving me with chicken/meat curry, more curry sauce than chicken in a large portion. I do not think the owner reads these reviews because he never apologises to bad reviews but he needs to always think there is Allah looking at the way he does business. I hope the owner and the staff (the lady who sometimes is nice)working there read this comment/review and act on it. Be more responsible for your actions and be more professional in your business. My experience has been awful to say the least. Despite being a loyal customer, they still serve old stale food, which is mixed with a batch of fresh food. If not, and there is a little bit left, they will chop up some coriander, and sprinkle it over to so that the dish looks as if it has just been made fresh. This is to deceive you.

I ordered the chicken Biriyani and I was unwell, so were my family members. Please avoid the Chicken Biriyani or curry dishes, Burger meals and food that is cooked fresh in front of you will be fine.

However, if you do decide to order the Chicken Biriyani or any curry dishes, be very careful, as you will be told it has been made fresh, when in fact it is the total opposite.
