Another Brother Putney Bridge — Restaurant in London

Weirdest coffee shop in the city. This could be a really great place but unfortunately it’s let down by the most miserable staff we’ve ever experienced.

As we walked in we saw four employees either on their phones or sulking and they didn’t even realise we were waiting to order. I said ‘Hi, how are you?’ and received a blank, emotionless face in return.

We ordered two coffees and a croissant. Two coffees came, no croissant. We asked for the croissant and as one person grabbed it for us, another shoved a card machine in our face and said ‘I didn’t charge you for that’, even though it was in our initial order.

The attitude was so atrocious that myself and my partner couldn’t stop laughing. Yes, we all have bad days but that’s no excuse to make others miserable. And all four employees! It makes you wonder how the management team are treating their customer-facing staff.

Never again. There are so many more friendlier places in the area to spend your time and...

I absolutely love visiting AB - and a big part of that is the wonderful team. They greet everyone with a warm smile and make them feel right at home.

The coffee is always top-quality - not to mention the half price refills that keep me going during my busy WFH days.

And I can't forget their mushrooms on toast - my number 1 fav - delicious.

Their friendly, upbeat attitude creates a comforting, welcoming atmosphere - it’s hard to imagine a time when they weren’t here on the corner. What did we do without them?

Whether I’m popping in for a quick coffee or relaxing with a bite to eat, every visit feels special thanks to their great service and positive vibes. It truly feels like my second home. Highly recommend stopping by and saying hello to this fantastic team - major props to Gabby, Victor & “cool dude” for making me and my family 1000s of coffees and babychinos...

Visited hoping for brunch.a few Sundays ago. We were ignored by staff as we entered and sat at a table (complete with some dirty dishes waiting to be taken away). We sat waiting for 10 minutes attempting our hardest to make eye contact with the staff, in the hope of a) having our table cleared and cleaned, and b) being greeted and provided with a menu. A member of staff actually cleaned the table next to ours, completely ignoring us with our coats on, sat amongst dirty dishes from their previous customers.

We then left. It’s the poorest customer service in an eatery I think I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve eaten here before. The food and coffee is nice. But after this experience, I will never visit Another...
