KFC London - Seven Sisters — Restaurant in London

DO NOT ORDER TAKEAWAY FROM HERE!!!! If in person CHECK ORDER before you leave. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to and the worst customer service. This place should be shutdown or under new management.

The staff are sooooo incompetent of doing a basic job.

I have eaten in there before a few times CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave every 4 times I have ordered from them every single time it has been wrong.

I order takeaway from them as this is the closest one to me. EVERY 3 times I have ordered from them the order has been wrong.

I wasn’t going to order from them ever again my brother told me not to as they are appalling but I thought surely not again.

YESS surprise surprise they didn’t give me my chicken wings I ordered. They gave me a corn on the cob instead of chips And they gave me beans instead of gravy. I also put in my notes that I didn’t want salsa or anything in my burger only mayonnaise. And of course it arrived with red sauce in the burger.

I do not understand how the staff can get all the food wrong ?!??? Every single time. Are they just chucking what they want in the bag and sending it out. It’s a very simple and easy job how can you get it wrong sooo many times.

The staff need to be fired and so do the managers. It’s one big mess In there. I am appalled!!

So in total 4 times eating in and 3 times takeaway !!??!?

7 times all orders are terribly wrong !! That can’t just be bad luck and...

KFC Holloway is hands down one of the BEST branches around! From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with genuine smiles and warm energy. Imbecilic staff whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I came to redeem an offer for a 4 piece meal that I got through the KFC app, requested 4 thighs as my choice pieces, was denied it by two members of staff on account that their was an Arsenal game on!!! What does an Arsenal game have to do with my order.??? Moreover, I pointed out to one the staff (young lady with scarf and glasses on) that two weeks earlier she honoured the same deal with 3 thighs and 1 drumstick, which I would be OK with. Again, this was denied because of the Arsenal game. I asked them to read me the terms where it said that 4 pieces meal couldn't include more than two thighs, they were unable to oblige and conceded this decision was random. I guess they prioritise the business from a congregation of drunk degenerates. Too bad. They have definitely have lost mine. Rant over, cooking some proper chicken at home as I write, and will get my 4...
