Bento Bab — Restaurant in London

I am deeply disappointed with this food. We are a family of 5 struggling during these tough times. When I saw your restaurant on UberEats it looked like a good place to order from to feed a large family. The photos seemed to show big buckets and the menu said that each bucket contained 14 chicken thighs. The photos and descriptions were EXTREMELY misleading. We payed 40 pounds in total, thinking that it would be enough to feed a few kids. You should not show such misleading photos and also you should include the weight in grams of the boxes. We are a hard-working family who are struggling to make ends meet in such difficult times, and we see that restaurants such as yours are taking advantage of people and misleading us into parting with our hard-earned money. Shame on you!

I hope you will be providing some form of compensation or monetary redress. The real value of what we ordered does not even come to £20. This spot has quickly become one of my favorite go-to’s, especially for lunch takeaway. I’ve eaten two of their bento meals so far - spicy pork and soy garlic chicken. Both times it was delicious! The spicy pork was a little on the sweeter side, but was cooked really well and had just the right amount of gochujang. The soy garlic chicken was freshly fried and crisp, yet the meat was super tender. Also ordered the beef kimbap as an appetizer, and it was very tasty. My new favourite work lunch! Love Korean Fried Chicken, and Bento Bab's is one of the best in the area. Really crispy and fresh tossed in delicious sauces (would recommend the soy garlic). Portion sizes are very generous (for all sizes) and great value for money, go for the meal deal and get kimichi fries on the side which makes for a perfect meal leaving full and satisfied.
