Bertotti Gelato Laboratory — Restaurant in London

I do not recommend this establishment at all. I was served very poorly. The man (owner of the establishment) is quite disrespectful, does not treat his customers well, and is also racist. When it comes to serving the ice cream, they don't even fill the tub completely, and the flavor is not worth it. The coffee is typical machine-made, nothing extraordinary. But the worst of all is the treatment, especially from the store owner and his mother (that's how she introduced herself), who yell at customers at the slightest disagreement. I had the worst experience in this place. I had found hair in my ice cream, I went to show the hair to the staff, and the owner told me that it was my hair and it wasn´t his fault. First of all, they are not wearing hygienic caps to prevent these accidents, and secondly, they are blaming the customers without any proof. The owner spoke to me in a really rude and bad way. I would give 5 stars for the products and the layout of the place. The female member of staff was extremely an polite and disrespectful for doing her job. I ordered waffle with chocolate ice cream it came with out dressing and when ask if we can have some dressing neither did I get the offer to have different dressing nor do I get the dressing I have been confronted that the dressing wasn't included in the price. At the end I did get the dressing with a grumpy face. P.S this is the Goldhawk...
