My fries were cold, and the male waiter had dropped some which is fine this happens however I wasn’t happy how he covered his hands over the fries to keep the rest from falling. That was really off putting as I don’t know where his hands have been and made me question the kitchens cleanlinesses if this is a normal standard here. My fries tasted like £1 fries from a local pfc shop and the burger was a regular sesame seed bun slightly toasted with Doritos and poorly cooked chicken. It was extremely basic and did not reflect the description of the burger please avoid buying and wasting £12 on these meals. My friend had ordered lamb chops it was quite apparent that perhaps the lamb they used was a malnourished starved lamb as there was absolutely no meat on the chops they were skinny as ever. Finally my mojito was a huge scam £8.95 for about 10ml of actual drink, while the whole glass was full of ice exactly to the top. It was extremely dissapointing and I will not be visiting here. As well as this it was extremely cold and I had to wear my jacket while eating making my experience even more uncomfortable.
For the restaurant reading this, please take into consideration the quality of food and how it matches the prices because respectfully this was local pfc standard. I was genuinly expecting a luxury food taste but I guess I just wasted my money and time. However the asain lady with glasses gave great customer service, and was probably the only good service we had that night

Read moreVisited here for a staff Christmas Meal. We were only a table of 4. The service and staff were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was good. Multiple screens were showing live sport (Boxing Usyk v Fury 2), which was good. The only downside (and a big part too for a restaurant) was the portion sizes were on the small side. Ordered Lamb Shish which came with fries in a small basket, the type you get in a fish and chips shop to drain the chips of oil, but here the baskets were miniature for serving, a bit on the small side for the price paid. Fries come with a main dish. The lamb shish was 7 pieces, very plain, grilled and placed on an oblong narrow plate which a sprinkle of coriander, thats it. A small portion of chilly mayo type sauce also served. Then the waiter placed dry ice on the centre of the table which was unexpected and unnecessary. The theatrics weren't necessary, possibly to impress the young crowd so that they post their pics on social media and thus publicise this place. I would advise that salad is served with the Lamb shish on a regular sized plate along with a decent portion of fries. Also it would be good to provide complimentary bread and dips. This place is definitely a one time visit only if the portions stay this way. The dry ice on the table is not necessary, concentrate on the food more and less on the theatrics. All the best for your...
