On being handed our food, we noticed a weird burning smell coming from both takeaway boxes. It seemed that either the oil used or buildup or sulphur on the pan caused both of our orders to be inedible which a strong taste of carbon that dried up the mouth and tasted extremely foul. This was further confirmed by other members and also tasted by the chefs/workers who were present at the time who expressed that there may be an issue with the sauce but that that is how they were told to cook it.

Because of the state and quality of the food, I politely asked to decline the order and hand back the full dish, alongside the other members food for a refund. However, I was told that unfortunately there was no manager or supervisor present to be able to resolve the matter as they didn't have permission. It's understandable that a more senior role cannot always be present, especially for the end of an extremely unsociable hours shift. However, to have no steps for remediation in place is also a cause for concern as we weren't even offered any replacements as it was "too late" and the employees needed to "close and go home".

I tried to get through via email but have received no response over a week to address this and every time I've called up, there's been noone picking up the phone or the one time it was answered there were no supervisors available. I'm unsure what's happening at this...

I have seen people queuing here often so I thought I’d give it a try on my lunch break . The staff are very nice people however unless you just want to have noodles without the sauce, the veggies or the protein, be ready to spend 💸every add on ( which should just come with noodles in the first place ) is an add on of over 2 pounds . I have ordered beef noodles with vegetables and garlic sauce which have come up to 16 pounds . I was too embarrassed to cancel as the staff were so nice but it deffo was not worth of 16 pounds . I also asked for my beef to be well done . I was served in 2 minutes ( they cooked the beef from raw right in front of me ) . It was an okay noodle but I did have an upset stomach for 2 days afterwards . If you don’t have a sensitive stomach and have an extra ten pounds to spend on a regular noodle dish - then this...

I had the pleasure of dining at Wok and Fire on Camden Street, and I can confidently say it was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! The service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. But the real highlight was the food! I ordered udon noodles with garlic sauce, beef, and chicken breast, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the noodles had the perfect texture, and the combination of beef and chicken made every bite satisfying. My husband had egg noodles with classic Asian sauce and chicken katsu, which was also fantastic, but I have to say—mine was the standout dish! If you’re looking for flavorful, high-quality Chinese food in London, I highly recommend Wok and Fire. You won’t be...

It’s a great experience to be honest. We tried two dishes: the egg noodles with roast duck and the yellow curry vegetable noodles, and both were impressive in their own right. The yellow curry with vegetable noodles were a highlight of the meal. The curry was aromatic and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting. The staff Raffie and Akhatar was attentive and friendly, ensured that our dining experience was pleasant from start to finish by asking frequently how is our dining experience. I would highly recommend.
