A social media hyped place that is definitely overrated .

I hate leaving negative reviews especially as it was a mehendi event day the say we visited but the whole thing was a shambles and mismanged

Firstly only one person was there at opening and couldnt do the drinks so they took all the orders of everyone in the store first roughly maybe 30ish people to start which grew and then made the drinks once the second person arrived well after 30/40minutes. We were the 7th order and we recieved 2 of our orders 1hr and 30 min later. The final drink was 3 hrs later.

We ordered the peach fizzy drink x2 absolutely disgusting sparkling water with a dollop of peach syrup. I've had sparking bubble tears on numerous occasions from two other spots I really like and they are usually really nice. The last drink was brown sugar oreo - the forgot the oreo. He reason for that one taking an extra hour was they ran out of tapioca but people who arrived well after us recieved there drinks before us. I shouldn't complain there were people from before us still waiting when we got ours.

The free mehendi event was a mess, the henna artist arrived late. I wont comment on the quality of mehnedi/capability because it was free. But the place was overflowing with people and they had the heating on 30 degrees for some reason making it even hotter. People were getting the wrong drinks and there was really no structure. To be honest everything would have been fine if the drinks had been hald decent but we chucked away both the peach drinks because they were the worst. They really tried to be patient and nice which is why i haven't given it a 1.

Constructive feedback if you are too have events in the future maybe try structure so it's less manic and it did feel like a safety hazard with how squished everyone was. Also maybe instead of taking all the drink orders in one go you should make some in batches? And most importantly when dishing out the drinks with so many people there a more Starbucks style of shouting is probably needed it was a bit silly that you were literally walking around calling out the name quietly. It was unfortunate good event idea but everyone around me shared the same sentiments based on conversation so that was disappointing. It was also funny to see how it was posted as a success on...

Frankly speaking the drinks are nice. I have tried their fruit teas. But the stuff are extremely slow. Despite the fact that they had 5 people on the shop floor. I had just 2 customers ahead and I had to wait 18 minutes for a drink. I would’ve avoided if was in rush. Also the cashier on the counter was showing some attitude while taking my order. Was the attitude because it was half price? I had no clue. However I reduced 2 stars only for the cashier. With that attitude he can’t provide the best customer service. He didn’t even say Hello while I approached him. That’s understandable as they opened new but I do not think he’s ever done customer service...

Visited with my partner on a day they were offering 50% off their menu.

Nice little place and the decor made it look good. We got some pancakes which were nice, but that's all the positives.

The service was incredibly sloooooowwwwww. Granted there was a sizable group of about 8 that had ordered before us but with just 1 person doing everything, it took at least half an hour to get our 2 drinks.

We've had better sparkling bubble teas elsewhere to be honest, my partner felt she had way too much syrup in hers which was getting stuck in the straw. Plus both of our seal tops were leaking too. Won't be back in a...
