My boyfriend and I were visiting London from New York City and just happened across this adorable little jewel at 9 Flask Walk. We walked in off the street to a beautiful assortment of mouthwatering prepared vegetables and pastries that were displayed behind the counter. As luck would have it, we were fortunate enough to get a table. We ordered and when our food arrived my boyfriend "mmmed" over his bowl of soup and I did the same with my perfectly grilled/roasted vegetables. The eggplant (aubergine) and cauliflower were absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. The roasted butternut squash was so beautifully to look at and again DELICIOUS. I asked the chef (Dahmane) how the aubergine was prepared and he generously explained his grandmother's recipe to me step-by-step.    Read moreI always have the best experience and ambience at Boulangerie Bon Matin in Hampstead, Flask Walk. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. Itâs my go to for brunch and breakfast which is available all week and the best coffee and croissants freshly made. Andrea the chef is outstanding and serves with a smile. Lucy, Kate and Rera are there daily to welcome you with some good conversation and a smile - they have seen me come for some time and always very professional and hospitable. Itâs a special place for me where the food and ambience is top in the area. By far the best cafe in Hampstead and flask walk. If youâre ever out for a walk in the area itâs the place to go! Highly recommend - my favourite brunch is the cinnamon French toast on brioche bread and the avocado and eggs! Lunch specials are fantastic with amazing selection of salads for a good price! Whatever your preference they can offer a...

Peanut allergies are extremely serious and life threatening to those who suffer from this unfortunate allergy we are born with. My throat immediately started closing up and my chest losing breath as I was experiencing an anaphylactic reaction. It is extremely bad and irresponsible for restaurants in 2023 to not be labelling allergens in their food, especially when those allergens are becoming more and more common and are the difference between...
