Boots — Local services in London

The worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with, and that's coming from myself (an actual pharmacist). She's the usual pharmacist there and have introduced herself to me as so. She's asked me how to mix my infant's prescription solution medication at the counter when I told her the instructions are on the box/bottle (very obvious) and I had been doing this at home for months. But she stated that despite dispensing it from her pharmacy, she never actually mixed it herself and had never seen this medication before. She's also failed to obtain my infant's prescription formula at least 3-4 times right before long weekends, telling me for a week that the order just had not come in (when it was actually out of stock). She had my husband go to Swiss Cottage Boots and said stock was there when she didn't call to check. Turns out the stock online was wrong.. so Swiss Cottage pharmacist helped us find another Boots that had it by calling. she doesn't care for her patients lives especially paediatrics. Absolutely shocking that this is in Hampstead. You would think that this was in a really rough power of London, they lock the store up most of the day so you have to have security open it. Everything is coated in a layer of dust and you have to be careful that nothing is expired on the shelves as they don’t check it!
