Bronson's Burger has truly set a new standard for burger joints with their latest dine-in restaurant. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between casual comfort and modern style, making it an ideal spot for both quick bites and leisurely meals with friends or family.
But the real star here is the food. Their signature burger is, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. The patty is cooked to perfection—juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of char. It's nestled in a soft, toasted bun that holds up beautifully under the generous toppings. Speaking of toppings, Bronson's offers a variety of fresh and innovative options, but even the classic lettuce, tomato, and cheese combination shines here, thanks to the quality of ingredients.
The sides are equally impressive. The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection.
Service was prompt and friendly, with staff going out of their way to ensure a great dining experience. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food, making it an excellent value.

Read moreI don't often leave average reviews, see my history. I also recognise that this place is known for burgers and I did not order a burger so I will give it a second chance, also this was the soft opening so I leave this feedback hoping it helps them to improve.
I was glad to see this place open given I had seen their truck nearby for ages and seen their good reviews in the past.
I ordered cheesy fries and the tenders.
The quality of the potato chips are very good but the cheese is terrible, American style cheese sauce, just gloop, not for me. The chips could be seasoned with more salt, or at least ask.
The tenders are poor. A lot of batter very little chicken. The batter lacks seasoning, it's just crispy flour. You'll do better in well known chicken places.
It took about 15 mins to get this order even though there was only one other customer there during that time, this may have been because of the recent opening but I worry if it was a busy night.
Finally, I wasn't too impressed to see one of the chefs vaping in...
Read moreBronson Burger USED TO BE one of the best in London. Their meat was high quality, and their rosemary fries were potentially unmatched by any of their rivals, with a crispy exterior, yet sumptuously fluffy interior that would make even the most seasoned chef jealous of their technique.
Sadly, I’m here not to praise, but to repeat a historic refrain “Oh how the mighty have fallen”. Whether it was cost cutting to improve margins, changes in suppliers, or the departure of key staff/owners, Bronson’s went from a restaurant I would regularly order on Deliveroo, to a place I can only shake my head in disbelief and disappointment at when I scroll past it on the app. The fries went from unique and crisp to undistinguished and soggy. The burgers became unnecessarily messy and the meat not as tasty.
It’s a shame. While I’m here to give feedback, I’m also here to ask a question and make a plea. To Bronson’s: what happened? I know you can be better. Please bring my old and dependable...
