Burger Shack — Restaurant in London

Re-writing this review as i have changed my mind about this place and feel my original review was too harsh. So lets start with positives, they have a good choice or burgers, meals, drinks on the menu, some good deals, the restuarant is clean inside with good seating. In my opinion the fried chicken and just chicken items in general are far superior to their beef burgers. Staff are polite.

The Whooper for example at first glance is a whopper clone on the menu but in reality tasted nothing like it, it had red onions in and the bun was too small for the burger patty. I did like their triple classic burger however but again not keen on the red onions as it has an overpowering flavour and leaves an after taste in the mouth.

If you go here I recommend the chicken not the beef burgers.

Pizzas are decent 2.99 for a 9 inch pizza and 4 toppings is very good value for money. It tasted pretty good too freshly...

This is a new place so me nd my mrs thought lets try it. 1st impression very tidy and clean but the welcome wasn't. Soon as we stepped in we got a not so welcoming attitude from Ms. HERMAN. 1st she didnt hear me wel then instead of asking me what i asked she stared at me and ignored my request. Then my mrs stepped in and order what i ordered slowly even then completely got my order wrong. Not apologetic and very rude the way she spoke to my mrs aswel. Didnt want to start our day miserable so we just took the food what she wanted to serve us 😂. The food was all half cooked not so crispy like it should be. I tried the food here on Saturday. I am not a fussy eater and I have never before left without eating my meal but this place was so terrible I had leave without eating but a few bites. First of all I watched the server re-fry already cooked cold chips in the fryer and served them to me, my burger was covered in loads of sauce to hide that it tasted like cardboard and the patties themselves where as thin as a slice of cheese and finally the chicken wings were undercooked and pink inside and again tasted like cardboard, the only thing that I could consume was a can of pepsi, the worst fast food I have ever...
