Burlingtons Fish & Grill — Restaurant in London

Well what can I say, simply the best. This was the second time my wife and I visited Burlington Fish Restaurant, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the grilled Dover sole with an octopus starter, which brought back memories of dining in the Mediterranean, where seafood is always fresh and flavorful.

This time, I had the pleasure of meeting Ayhan, the founder of Burlington, as well as Mehmet, the manager, who handled our order from start to finish with great professionalism. He presented himself very well and made us feel welcome. I also got to meet Chef Nazim, who prepared our food. It was great to reconnect, as I knew him from before.

As a couple who enjoys dining out, we can confidently say that Burlington is one of the best restaurants we’ve visited. Thank you very much for the excellent food and service. Visited their new Restaurant on the 6th October. Previously booked table for 7 o’clock. We arrived at 5 mins early, waited nearly 10 mins to be recognised & greeted. Then curtly told by the manager “got no booking for you” on challenging him on this he responded with “I never took your booking” then walked off. Meanwhile one of the other waiters arrived who was far more courteous & sorted the problem. When eventually seated we had to wait an hour before our food arrived. Again totally ignored by the Manager. No apologies for the whole chaos or anything. To end it all when it was time to go, the Manager reappeared tossing our bill on the table. This guy should be SACKED, he’s not customer focused or friendly, he will lose this good quality food restaurant business. People...

I recently ordered from Burlington's Fish & Grill, and I must say, the food was fresh and delicious. However, what stood out even more was the exceptional customer service I received. After placing my order online, I received a call to inform me exactly when my order would be ready. This attention to detail was very much appreciated. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by H. While waiting for my food, he kindly offered me some chips, which was a thoughtful gesture. H was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service that made a lasting impression.
