Radhuni — Restaurant in London

Dropped in here on a work trip. Had couple of poppadoms which were accompanied by 4 dips including line pickle, yogurt based, mango chutney and chopped onion etc. Without doubt each of the dips was the best of its kind I have ever had, with the lime pickle of particular note. For main course I wanted a dish I had never seen before which was a beef and potato stew (name escapes me) but the waiter explained that this was very special and off menu on the day. Instead he recommended gosht e khas, made from fillet of lamb and 22 different spices which was delicately delicious. The accompanying mushroom rice was also delicious and I gave up inspecting it to see what the constituent ingredients were as they were too numerous. All of the things I ate appeared very carefully assembled with lots of attention to detail in terms of ingredients and preparation of the same. All the food was delicious and the service was just right. The main course was ready quickly but the waiter asked if I would like it held back whilst I finished my poppadoms. I do prefer an Indian restaurant with kingfisher on tap, but at least it was in bottles, so given how good the food was I'm being forgiving and sticking...

Ordered mix grill assuming it would be a substantial amount of food to share as it's £14.95. We got 1 small thin stick of kofta meat 1 cube of chicken, 1 chicken leg 1 piece of lamb( if you could call it that) 1 cube of lamb and 1 prawn! For starters it should show that it's got seafood due to fish allergies, it doesn't show what comes in the mix grill when ordering (as people probably won’t order it) but the portion was extremely small, not to mention the temperature was not hot or warm, it was literally cold as the driver didn't have a thermal bag and overall it was an awful experience. I will never order from this place again. The naan bread was very tough and hard to even chew to swollow so both of them got thrown away as inedible food. The rice was warm enough to eat but definitely was microwaved as it had cold patches throughout. Truly a terrible experience that I hope to not have with other future...

Avoid at all cost! plenty better "original " indian restaurants in the area, ordered via there own website portal, received email confirmation order received, called up to chase order 45mins later to be told they do not have my order but I had confirmation from them, so after getting no outcome I decided to order from elsewhere only to get call from driver to say his outside with my Order?! Called them back to say why I was told they didn't have my order but driver has just delivered but they still were adamant they do not have my order on system, doesnt make sense at all with them, they definitely need to learn customer service before trying to make profits and run a business, 1st and last time using them, will be spreading the word to avoid this restaurant.

P.s to top it off.... found 2 small plastic pieces in sea...
