Great shop but I have found the baby changing facilities - specifically, the baby changing table to be dirty on more than one occasion. The changing table and joint disabled toilet was positively filthy, smelly and stomach churning. So much so that I left the shop to use nearby alternative facilities. Dispicable! Totally unsatisfactory, please ensure there is a daily rota whereby this is checked throughout the day and kept clean and up to date for parents to use hygienically.
Thanks for your mean-hearted and hateful misogynistic comments Matt. You are entitled to your outlook on life but it is a shame you lack respect for yourself and choose to openly discriminate against and undervalue the role of women children and mothers in society and hold such superficial misunderstood and shallow views about yummy mummies or whatever. Being a parent is such a huge choice of responsibility to nurture a child to be able to contribute value and make a positive difference to future humanity so to hold that it is an undertaking of outward status is hugely ignorant and shows an immature and compassionless understanding. As a mum and customer it is reasonable and fair that I provide feedback about a facility that the shop has provided for my needs, much the same as you presumably might expect to use clean washroom facilities. Interestingly you seem to leave only negative feedback complaining of businesses on Google+ so perhaps before pointing the finger and projecting at anyone else in future look at yourself...

The service is terrible changed for the worse.
The barmaid was annoyed to take my and my friends' order. My friend order her drink, she pay for that and it was my turn to order my drink. The barista skipped me and served the customer behind. I informed that she didn't take my order but she continue to ignore me.
My friend asked for a takeaway and they served her in a cup (charging her even more). Only after my friend took her drink I was still standing at the counter wanted someone to take my order.
The barista behind her noticed that I was still standing at the counter. At that moment she looked at the barista at the till and then the girl started to take my order.
I usually take a piece of cake with my coffee, but the barmaid after I said the drink immediately pressed payment by card, I looked at her saying I didn't finish my sentence and she looked back again rudely ok time to pay.
Really this is the way to treat the customer.
I had a great time at Richmond Park with my friend and simply wanted to have coffee and cake.
By the way in the queue there was only me, my friend and the customer behind me who had been served before me.
I only had a latte.
I usually stop at Cafe Nero after my walk in Richmond. Next time I will go to another cafe, where the staff knows how to...

I don’t really remember her name, she’s kavi or pavi i guess, i ordered a cappuccino she asked if i would like to try “Brazil coffee bean” i said yes and after i tasted i didn’t really like the taste it was bitter though, i asked her if she could make an other drink with regular coffee bean and she just made an other cappuccino with regular coffee bean also she suggested to try with one shot which won’t be strong and i would love it. She also suggested to try the new buns which was too good. I really loved it and it was the perfect drink i needed which was with one shot. I met her twice last week and she remembered my drink. Really nice when people remember what others...
