I have been there today Sunday on Ilford lane shop where the lady was so rude while serving showing me that doing some favour on me not giving me a minute to think as what I wanted to buy she said it’s been out of stock so if I need to replace my choice atleast you ll give me a minute to think how we she said okay tell what you want now then I instantly choose … then when I left then she instructed me to shut her shop door which was opened from Before like seriously is it customer job to shut your door if you kept leery door from Before as she was rude and rush all over I was there for 2 minutes and at last she asked me favour to shut her shop door . Also we go every month and buy from there every month and never felt this way. So dear owner for better clarification check your camera and correct your staff of staff is overworked let them give off and relaxed hire someone how can atleast be polite with the customer . Read moreI visited this branch on 15th May 2025 and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. One of the staff members, a lady working at the counter, was very rude and dismissive. Rather than offering friendly service or assistance, her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unpleasant. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the visit.
