Before I ordered i asked short guy do you have kulfi falooda and chilled he said yes and then i asked how much he said £6, i said ok give me one and paid £6 coins, i was shocked to see what he did next, He opened fridge door and took already made falooda then opened one plastic bag that had ice inside and put that in my falooda then he took few cubes of i dont know what that was he said khoya from bare hands no gloves and he took coins from me before with same hands and then took out cubes of khoya from bag. He didn’t wash his hands I was shocked by all the experience and left. Just to reiterate they don’t have kulfi falooda I gave my kid falooda he said it is warm. So falooda must have been made days ago and kept in fridge which barely kept it cold. Secondly using bare hands for food they may do this in india and pakistan but this is not allowed in uk. I will be writing to council about this unhygienic place. I would say avoid this place, you will definitely...
Read moreTaken a visit to the Lahori Kulfi and Falooda, but unfortunately my friend and I had to walk out, this was not a light decision, especially we ordered our food, however, seeing fly’s around the food felt unsafe to eat, I politely told the female staff member who was serving asking should they not be covering the displayed food items. Honestly I was absolutely shocked to see her defensive response, although I told her that I have visited the place previously and eaten, and found to be clean, she failed to listen and her body language was so abrupt and ignorant and it felt if she could she would’ve told me to ‘get out’ but in this occasion she did asked us to leave. The sister failed to understand the importance of environmental health and FSA rule, which I understand because she thinks it’s Pakistan so good can be served to customers as she like! I told her that I wouldn’t be unwise to make a report to the authorities, and rather prefer her taking my...
Read moreI always get biryani from them, the lady charges me £7.50 but when I went today she said £9 for chicken biryani and £10.50 for lamb biryani. She comes up with some weird prices. I asked her to give me lamb biryani so she started putting the biryani in the container and was keeping the lamb on the side. She gave me really bad pieces of lamb and the lamb was not cooked fully, it was raw. So, I would give them 1 out of 10 for the lamb biryani. Now the staff, lady at the counter with straight nose and blush on her face thinks she is a supermodel and is only working there out of necessity. She was talking to her colleague with disrespect. She is a rude girl and shows a lot of attitude. Dude, chill out and show some respect to your customers. I didn't like the rude and disrespectful behavior and I won't go there again....
