This is a very lenient three star review, when this place first opened, they were absolutely fantastic, now, the service has completely fallen off. Firstly, the food was alright, the chicken wings were good, and the half chicken was okay, they were sauced and seasoned perfectly. The grilled burger was absolutely amazing, and tasted good. However, the rice was absolutely disgusting and it tasted stale, they must have reheated the leftover rice from 2-3 days ago, there was a weird, rubbery smell too that my mate noticed across the rice. It was absolutely disgusting! Secondly, the customer service is terrible. The two guys that were serving today had zero common sense, and a huge lack of communication, they barely spoke any English. Please don’t take that the wrong way, but I’d expect a basic understanding of English, especially in a customer facing role. They kept messing up other orders, and for our order they gave us an extra portion of chips, instead of mozzarella sticks, even though that was on the receipt! I ain’t tryna make a big fuss out of it, but things like tissue were missing from our order etc. It’s a shame, because when I first came here, they were 11/10, everything...

This place is absolutely amazing the food is so delicious and they do the best rice. I have to say these guys are the best in the country I’ve been traveling around uk this summer and nothing beats these guys the family and I have actually stopped going Nando’s since my brother in law recommended this place. The grilled chicken is so on point with flavor and quality. One bad thing is we have become a bit addicted and can’t stop eating from here but actually I take back I said bad thing because it’s prices are actually pretty reasonable. The cleanliness and the food quality 10/10. I just wish they had a nice garlic sauce to go with the rice but rice is still so nice always so fresh and so flavorsome and tasty I have never actually tasted such good rice like this before even beats homemade. I hope these people grow bigger as we need more...
