It was awful experience. Ordered via deliveroo. The moment driver hand over both of the mock-tails fall off on the ground and spilled all over our carpet. According to the driver, even though he insisted to lock and wrap the drink well but staff didn’t listen and said it’s done perfectly but see the perfection on the floor. Gotto clean up the carpet at this night time. Again took 2-3 steps and cookie dough packet teared and dropped on the floor. Luckily didn’t spill. The milk cake is the name!!!! but I got slice of 2 bread with cream and milk named milk cake. The taste and experience everything was so awful. Just because I placed the order late doesn’t mean I should receive this kind of service. I placed the order at 10.10pm, closing time was 11.59pm. It was not that late. Really disappointed and annoyed! We ordered on Ubereats and we ordered a milk cake with toppings of pistachio and strawberry’s. We then received our order with strawberry SAUCE on the milk cake?!? Not at all what we expected and it ruined the whole cake and made it inedible with the clash of flavours. Who even pours strawberry sauce on tres leches milk cake with pistachios?!? We then called to complain and were told that there was an option to choose sauce or strawberries on the app, which there was absolutely not! No option at all. She then proceeded to tell us to complain through uber and they will refund us for the strawberries for 25p!! Insane. The cake was ruined with a sickly strawberry treat sauce, so why am I getting refunded for JUST the strawberry’s?! Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. Not ordering...

Drinks were nice and the staff were ok. I didn't buy any desserts. The prices were a bit high, but the drinks were made from scratch. I initially went in for to return an item I bought using the hermes service in store but ended up buying drinks instead. I was slightly annoyed that I was told that I was too late for the hermes service, but then they agreed to do the service for a woman that came after me. They also offered to take my package, but only because they were doing the other ladies package. I wish that they would be fair with the service because they were willing to do the service for the woman that wasn't even a paying customer, but refused me who was buying multiple drinks from them.
