Tesco Express — Local services in London

Shocking attitude by the cashier that served me, i use quite often the problem i had was bagging items as since they have put screens up it makes it awkward to do yourself as there's just a small opening, i have a support dog in one hand too so with heavy items or as in this case a large heavy item that was impossible to grasp with one hand it makes it hard one handed,there was already a queue building so i asked if the lady can bag my 2 items to which she replied No ? i said why are you allergic ? i said all the others do it, but she said i choose not to, she just stood there while i was struggling to bag the items & pay by card & quickly get the items bagged as i pointed out that it is holding up the queue & she could of made it easier, i was fuming , i said it's laziness, she said well don't come back, how they employ such useless people is beyond me, i know most in the store & often chat to them so my rating & rant is aimed solely at her nobody else as the rest are nice & helpful, it also turned out that she was the manager, i never demand the help but surely if you see somebody struggling & in need of help you assist them, just human nature, that's how i was brought up along with please & thank you, 2 items...

The automated machine in this place are always broken and not working again today. I was accused of stealing items today as the payment didn't go through, where I was also informed I would be banned from the shop.

This staff have ZERO customer service skills, the staff are rude and shout at you. I personally have been hit with a large trolley when the member of staff wasn't paying attention, and no apology.

The shop always looks a mess both inside and out., staff are rude, prices don't get updated, and when you question this fact you get shouted at by the members of staff.

Tescos, you need to do something about the people representing your company. This place is appealing and I will never go back in...

When I walked into Tesco the other day I was very much confused with where most of the products would be allocated in the aisles and I did look very confused until a woman approached me so very kindly and asked me “is everything was okay?” and I told her that I was very confused as I couldn’t find some products and so then she insisted to help me by showing where all the products are located and I managed to get all the items on my checklist thanks to her!
