This place needs to shut down just to train their staff from ALL departments, some of the security want to act like a cat has got their tongue instead of greeting the customers as their the first point of contact they used their hand to signal for you to get out your membership card that just sets the tone for the night.

None of the bartenders know how to make cocktails which is beyond a joke, after queuing up they say "no one can make that" which isn't the customers fault but the bartenders fault. I received a complimentary drink due to the rudeness of the staff at the front desk, (don't get me started with them) I asked for a Mojito after ten minuets of waiting the bartender says he forgot to put the rum, it shouldn't take ten minuets just to make that let alone forgetting an vital ingredient so another one is made another ten minuets later and I notice that there's no mint just for the bartender to say they've ran out, if you know you don't have all the ingredients say sorry we don't have all the ingrediencies because a mint less mojito is not an Mojito and unacceptable!. I remember once they gave me a mojito without cubed ice as they couldn't be asked to get me crushed I know this as I asked why is the ice cubed and they explained their dismay to go to the ice machine, just pure laziness.

Also a GOOD bartender looks at the que and makes a mental of who is next to be fair and not have one customer waiting ages because other people are trying to sneak in the que, I've been queuing a few times just for them to say who next, I go to walk closer just for a cheat to overtake me but successfully be served first, before me.

The cassino management is abysmal when I signed up ten years ago I asked not to be contacted but the ID I submitted was my driving licences, so they used that as proof of address, unfortunately one night I feel asleep so they brutally and extremely rudely kicked me out and banded me for life. I was confused as it was never explained to me at the time the reason I thought I've done something wrong and was feeling bad just for two years latter to get a angry call from my mum saying she received a letter from the cassino with my name on it and was not happy. (I did find out I was banned for falling asleep, banning someone for life is extreme because they accidently slept on your premises I under the rule is you can't sleep in the cassino okay, ask me to leave explaining I am falling asleep that I should try another day, no need for bad customer service or attitude they said after reviewing my case I am unbanned as it was unjust) Thanks to the incompetence of this institutions members of staff that are so called "management" they can't even manage to fallow instructions of NO CONTACT my family now think I'm a gambling addict which is not the case, not only did I tick that I didn't want to be contacted they also kept my address on file and had a way to access it against my will.

I stayed this place very dissatisfied, firstly, at almost every corner Wherever you would go and start playing there are those people who constantly win And there are those people who will not win at all when I registered I was given two tokens that I can go as a prize to win. 2016: The 5 stars and this part of the review is for the poker section only, loads of tables, cash games @varying stakes and some tournaments, we used to get free bottled water but someone said No so that don't happen anymore, most of the dealers are great and the general staff are friendly and helpful. There is a menu of some sort and at the right times massages at the table. Story time: Forgot the doormans/whoever intercepts you at the lift entrance's name but there was an issue on the 15th of November (my birthday) he looked at me and my mate and said No, when asked why he looked ME in the eye and said because i was drunk, this was early morning 10-11am ish and I decided I wanted to play abit of poker to kick my birthday off so i DROVE to aspers with my mate. I hadn't had a touch of alcohol it was my more sensibly dressed mate who'd had a brew on the way. After being rejected like teenagers trying to get into a club we hatched a plan, we go through the other entrance but my mate first. Voila, it works, my mate gets in and waits for my arrival at the poker tables, I had to go back to the car to get gum anyway so I traverse the mall and what not and go in through the 2nd out of 3 possible entrances. The bloke who stopped me the first time radioed in to all entry points to refuse entry to me. The 2nd attendant refused me professionally and politely but was much more understanding of my situation and actually radioed in the floor manager, whilst waiting i also called aspers corporate line and got through to head of security's voicemail. The floor manager, a Lithuanian bloke, listened to everything and said let's see how intoxicated your friend is, we go through to the poker room and my mates at the table playing but not in a hand, he has a word with the manager and it all got sorted out. Within minutes I was happily sat and surprised when I received a call back on my phone, the head of security just following up.

Too long didn't read; One uptight employee refuses entry to someone and they get in anyway because it's obvious the uptight employee was being uptight, ended up being handed professionally which balances out the rage i would have felt otherwise.
