Canela Espresso Bar — Restaurant in London

Having cancer treatment daily for 5 weeks, we would have our morning coffees here before going for treatment to Guys.

Yesterday the coffee was served cold.

Upon informing the owner, I was rudely informed by her, that I took a sip and there’s nothing they can do.

After 5 weeks of daily visiting this place , I paid an extra 3 pounds for another hot coffee and will never go back.

The assistants there even requested the owner if he could pay for our coffee as he served it cold and she refused!

Worst business ethics I have ever...

You go here purely for food value for money (not for ambience etc.) as it's quite packed and chaotic during the day. Food is south american style (e.g. curry chicken is south american and not Indian). Very fresh, large servings and maximum value for money in the area (big servings of freshly prepared hot food for about 5.50). Different specials daily but Lasagna on Tuesday and Curry Chicken on Friday are the winners. Most dishes take 5-10 minutes to be readied. Food Value for Money: 5/5 Food Taste:...

Food amazing but overpriced. An omlete with cheese and mash-rooms with 2 bacon and hash-browns 13.30£ I asked the guy if the omlete comes as normal with chips and salad and he said yes that turned around and served it on its own. I understood is central London but still.. why not give your customer the right information from the start.. I went and asked how come the omlete didn't have a side and he told me he already said it but he didn’t....
