**CARPO: A Sensory Delight in the Heart of London** Welcome to CARPO, a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant heart of London! This enchanting coffee shop is not just a feast for the eyes; it’s a delightful journey for your taste buds that might tempt you to indulge a little more than you planned! 😅 As you step inside, you’re greeted by an abundance of natural light pouring through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is a charming blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. But what truly sets CARPO apart is its exquisite selection of treats. Imagine sinking your teeth into velvety chocolates and crunchy hazelnuts in every imaginable flavor and sauce. Each bite is a little piece of heaven! Don’t miss out on their delicious artisanal yogurt, bursting with flavors that will transport you straight to the Mediterranean. And if you have a sweet tooth, their handcrafted ice creams are simply irresistible—each scoop is a celebration of taste! Of course, we can’t forget about the coffee; their expertly brewed coffee and frothy cappuccinos are the perfect companions to any treat. CARPO in Piccadilly has become my favorite sanctuary for morning breaks. It’s not just a coffee shop; it’s an experience that reminds me of the warm, inviting atmosphere of Italian cafĂ©s. The Greek ownership adds a unique flair, blending cultures to create an ambiance that feels both familiar and exotic. The management and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit feels like coming home. They greet you with genuine smiles and make it their mission to pamper you with kindness. It’s this little world of warmth and hospitality that makes CARPO so special. If you find yourself wandering near Piccadilly Circus (right next to Boots), make sure to stop by CARPO. This delightful cafĂ© is more than worth your time—it’s an invitation to indulge in life’s simple pleasures. So take a moment to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, savor a cup of coffee, and treat yourself to something sweet. You won’t regret it! A heartfelt thank you to everyone at CARPO for creating such a welcoming space where we can all come together to enjoy good food, great company, and unforgettable moments. Don’t miss out on this delightful experience—your taste buds will thank you!

The decor is nice, and the food was okay, but the service was not adequate. I went in with my family and my baby in a stroller, and the lady serving us told us to leave the stroller elsewhere so it wouldn't block her way. We understood, so I disassembled the stroller to store it inside the shop. Then she came back to tell me that my chair was in her way and that I couldn't move it, and I would have to sit straight at the table. There was enough room to pass by easily, but she made it clear that she was uncomfortable with our presence. At no point did I feel comfortable enjoying my coffee with that lady complaining all the time. Instead of being kind, given that we had a 9-month-old baby and, out of so many coffee shops, we chose the one that seemed like we would receive better service, but that wasn’t the case. I do not recommend it!

Discovered this charming cafe/chocolates/nut shop back in 2016 and since then it has become my 'Must Visit' outlet whenever I'm in London. It's sure touches all your 5 senses, the items on display are fresh and absolutely tasty, the hot chocolate was really thick, yummy and the coffe is out of this world. I especially love the Halva that come with 3 different flavours. The vanilla with cocoa us heavenly. A special shout out the the tall young chao with beard, Ms Angela n the supervisor Mr Ashraf who are all so very friendly, helpful and welcoming who contribute to a great and memorable experience each time we patronized this outlet. Thank you everyone all work there, you guys are all very lovely ppl.

What an amazing place to visit! Every time I am in London my first stop is always at Carpo. Since I discovered this little gem I cannot keep talking about it. Every time I go there everyone is so friendly, so helpful and you can see their genuine smiles in comparison to other stores. This store has one of the best customer services I have ever seen and I have travelled all over the world! The first time I walked in it was packed with people but the staff treated me so well and offered me free tastes of so many things and flavors, they explained everything to me and it was though I had already told them that I was only getting a piece of chocolate (worth of 3 pounds) cause I was on my way to the office and needed a snack. The store is owned by a great greek family and because my origin is greek I feel like walking home every time I go there. All these smells and fresh-dried fruits and nuts and the oh-my-god chocolates... make me want to buy everything. Half of the times I have been there and buy lots of products they don't let me pay for the coffee and they all very heartily help me even if I have a lot of bags of other stores! Try out the pistachios, the honey, the chocolates and the energy mix as well as their home made hot chocolate drink (if its morning try the almond croissant-just mind-blowing)! This is definitely a place not to miss in your next...

Was initially looking forward to visiting this place after being a loyal customer at their previous location for several years and honestly, what a disappointment. Waited almost 15 minutes to be served and after queuing at the till to order I was told to sit as it was table service, waited another 10 minutes. Eventually placed an order and 15 minutes later still hadn’t received anything. Then a couple who had arrived after us, placed an order and sent it back after drinking it, only to find out that they had actually received our order! Completely clueless. Nobody even realised the situation until I went back up to the till and asked. Was informed that it would be on its way. Another 5 minutes later a staff member came and asked what we had ordered
a total of 45 minutes wasted, no coffee (nor the tap water we asked for). A really disappointing experience over all. I understand that mistakes can occur, but to have awareness over who ordered what or to even apologise for the delay.. nobody even seemed that bothered when i cancelled the order. Should have stuck to being a smaller coffee shop, it was cute, had great customer service and excelled at great coffee. Everything this new location doesn’t. Can’t say I...
