Catch22 — Restaurant in London

Decided to try this establishment as from the outside it looks really clean and name the of the shop seemed appealing. I ordered a chicken burger with chips meal, 4 wings and 1 piece of chicken. I tried the piece of chicken which was a thigh piece, it was fresh, crunchy and taste very food. I then tried the wings which was a disaster, it was overcooked and no spice so I would not recommend. I then tried the chicken burger and it was salty, i then tried the chips which was a little bit overcooked but was reasonable to eat. Regarding the sauces they had ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic mayonnaise and chilli sauce, my favourite was the garlic mayonnaise. There is no seating area inside. Reason for 3 stars was the chicken burger and hot wings were a letdown. But overall Bossman gave a good service.

Two x Doner & Chips requested with Naan. Not spicy. We are asked to pay £20. Order is prepped. We are told there is no naan bread and we are provided with a small pitta bread. Despite asking "please put each meal with the drink into separate bags as for 2 people". Had to keep asking until he did it. The way the food was packed was awful. Leaking sauce and food tipped upside down into the bag. The doner was spicy and extremely oily. The chips were stale and tasted like they were reheated in oil before being boxed up. The oils and sauce leaked into the napkins provided. It was awful. Really disappointed. Will not be returning. Also when we turned up, despite the guy seeing we were waiting to be served, did not attend to us for about 10 minutes and seemed more busy doing something...

The 5 star rating was very misleading, ordered a grilled chicken to avoid oil and when I took it home it was a shock cos what i actually got was grilled chicken spiced up with loads of onion and oil, it was more like chicken bhuna greasy as hell. I just decided to eat it because I couldn't be bothered to go back and i was too hungry by then. The worst part was i had diarrhea for the next 3 days. The chicken was definitely off i think he spiced it up so i couldn't tell and the chilli sauce was the worst I've ever tried, whatever it was i had the worst 3 days of my life after eating...
