I visit this place 3/4 times a week. Chai (doodh Patti) taste great and 100% better than other big brands and chai spots on Ilford lane. Aloo paratha taste proper asian and serve with mango pickle and yogurt. I never saw this place dirty as the other opinions are, it's a nice, clean and tidy place. Service time is usually between 6-10 minutes. If anything change, I will update here

Update: I left this place which i used to love nearly 5 months ago or more. I gave them 5 star before but now a young asian probably student working on reception tried to charge me for everything separately e.g. before they use serve simple paratha with prickle and yogurt now its extra £2 and it is not even mentioned in menu. when i asked for the guy who served me day before and there was no such charges she became aggressive and loud. no more business for them from my side. you can keep your attitude and...

Worst experience ever at a chai place. Went inside as was in a rush to go somewhere. The guy told me pink chai will take 10 minutes but karak chai is instantly made so bought 2 cups. Was waiting over 10 minutes then was given two drinks which turned out not to be karak chai so returned back and was given another 2 cups of the corrector order. The karak chai was HORRIBLE. Best way to describe it was literally boiled water and nothing else. The guy seemed overwhelmed as he looks like the only one working and there was over 15 customers waiting for their order but still doesn't give the excuse to give such a poor quality drink. A few customers also left as they were fed up waiting for so long. I also noticed alot of flies in the kitchen as the door was open so regretted making that order.
