Chatica — Restaurant in London

I spent an hour traveling to this place after calling to confirm they carried Mexican products and accepted cards. When I arrived, I found that not only did they have a very limited selection of Mexican items, but they also seemed clueless about basic Mexican ingredients and products. Just because they stock Tajín doesn’t make it a Mexican store—it's entirely Colombian. There's nothing wrong with being a Colombian store, but don’t advertise yourself as Mexican just because you carry Tajín. To top it off, their credit card machine wasn’t working, and the staff was rude and unfriendly. As someone who is 100% Mexican, I can confidently say to my fellow Mexicans: avoid this place if you're looking for authentic Mexican products. I normally go to Chatica and am very happy with the very friendly service and delicious food. I will give them 4 stars in the shop.

I tried ordering via the website chatica.co but unfortunately some of the products I ordered didn't arrive. I also got a couple of products I did not order including an expired one. I emailed them to know if they will send me the remaining items and if not to give me a refund but they haven't even replied to me. Not happy with their customer service.

We bought some products and we sat down to eat what we paid for from the shop and another product that we bought elsewhere when she started to shout at us that she couldn't do that.
