Had heard a lot of positivity with Cheatmeals and I was compelled to try out their burgers. I ordered via delivery, through Uber. Grabbed a ‘british chicken’ burger with fries along with some mango and habanero wings and sweet and sour korean wings. After a short wait the food arrived. Food is generally well packaged. The fries looked good and the wings packaged well too. However, unwrapping the burger and I can see this was a bit of an issue. The burger was clearly squashed up. The brioche buns were properly squashed. There are a lot of toppings in the burger so all of this was squished up too. By the time this was unwrapped, the burger was ready to slip out. Having got the burger back under control, I took a bite although I couldn’t really taste anything distinctive other than the excessive amount of burger sauce. The chicken had become soggy thanks to the sauce and everything else inside it, so that was disappointing. Although the burger was no longer in danger of slipping out, this was still a messy experience. The other issue was that the temperature of the burger was lukewarm, which was, again, disappointing. In fact, there was a temperature issue with every item that was ordered. This obviously affects the meal. The taste of the fries were fine, well cooked. The wings, didn’t seem to have the right balance of flavours and just seemed to have too much of everything. The issue with the temperature of the meal was disappointing, although isn’t helped by the fact that this is a delivery. The poor packaging of the burger made for a messy meal and felt like I was in a battle with it. The pricing isn’t bad at all really and there’s a lot of fries that come in the meal, but the quality of taste is properly lacking and doesn’t really stand out at all - it is difficult to know what the intended taste of the burger is like in truth, since it was swamped by the burger sauce and the burger itself being lukewarm. Although, I struggle to recommend this place, they have reviewed well in general. So, hopefully this was just my experience. I do wonder whether others, who have ordered through delivery, have encountered such issues. Would suggest that, along with the wrapping, that the burger is placed in a burger box to avoid getting squashed. I am hesitant on returning, however if I did it would perhaps best be experienced when dining in and trying a different burger.

I recently visited Cheat Meals and had an outstanding dining experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. We ordered three different burgers: the British Double Beef Burger, the Spicy Mexican Chicken, and the Spicy Mexican Beef Burger. Each burger was a delight. The British Double Beef Burger was juicy and flavorful, with a perfect balance of toppings. The Spicy Mexican Chicken offered a delicious kick with its well-seasoned chicken and spicy sauces. The Spicy Mexican Beef Burger was another hit, combining the right amount of heat with savory beef. Our server, Sulaiman, made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that our orders were perfect. Sulaiman's recommendations were spot-on, and he checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service truly enhanced our visit. Overall, Cheat Meals is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts. The food is top-notch, and the service, especially from Sulaiman, is exceptional. I will definitely be returning soon!

Visited Cheatmeals after hearing good things about the business, I ordered the British burger meal cheesy chips and a oreo shake, first thing i noticed was the hygiene rating which was at the highest level 5 outside the shop window, i walked in a the atmosphere was brilliant, the staff members were really nice and polite, great customer service. Now For the burgers. Absolutely delicious, meat was oozing juices, caramelised onions with double cheese, lettuce and sauce was bang on and not over powering, the cheesy chips were also nice. as a family we had a great evening out the kids loved it. The oreo shake was nice a thick and is better than most places. Definitely recommend Cheatmeals. Very fairy priced.

Literally have no idea what happened to this place. You know I am so shocked that they cheated. I missed all the red flags! My mum said they were no good so I put her in a care home. I still visit her on Sundays, so don't judge.

Jokes aside, I honestly couldn't believe that someone was actually OK with sending this out. Because my mum is in the care home living her best life I had some free time on my hands so headed down to the shop myself.

The poor staff member actually tried his best Rishi Sunak impression. Insisting this was of the highest quality and how he has been sending them all out. I said please eat one which he duly did and said see fine. Ignoring the burnt chips and the taste of diesel due to the very old oil.

I said I am more petty than you. So I stood outside with their tray and their food and asked the public a simple question. Would you feed this to your loved ones. The public had spoken. The only person who actually ate it and wanted more , was a woman with a shaved head, devil costume, sweating profusely, different trainers and smelt of urine. I said fine, you on a come down now and it's all peace and love atm - so you cant be included in the survey.

Finally the staff member said this was enough and I said all you had to was apologise and we could move on.

Mr staff member confessed that the oil is corrupted (his words) and hasn't been changed for weeks. Delivery apps will not refund and no customer has come into the store to make him taste the chips.

The manager hid in the broom closet. Just like someone who got caught cheating.

Lesson is listen to your mum when she tells you "something...
