La Mama Acasa — Restaurant in London

We try last year this restaurant and food was OK. But yesterday I had a very bad experience with this food at this restaurant . I dont normally leave reviews but the food was terrible , I order cordon blue and cheese pancakes which you can eat as they was full of oil . undercooked and taste horrible. The waiter a young guy had a bad attitude as he took the orders in very unprofessional way . My partner had a soup and it was less meat and no taste as he left over more than half . The girl waiter she was OK and looks like she new something wrong with all the food when we complain. 3 people you can see them in the kitchen with their street wear and you can see them thru restaurant when they are going toilet and return to the kitchen and they did not wear wear nothing on top of the street clothing. Is the last time I order from them. I ordered a mix grilled platter with chicken and pork only and I have received a platter with 1 sausage 🤦🏻🤣 2 chicken feast , a and few chicken wings and fries a small salad and 1 garlic sauce. The chicken wings were fried in oil and not grilled! I ORDERED GRILL ONLY. ALSO 1 PIECE OF LAMB WHICH I DON'T LIKE I NEVER ORDERED IT. ALL THIS FOR £58 so basically we ordered from other restaurant because that was too dried and so small portion to be called a platter. GUYS PLEASE GO AND SEARCH ON GOOGLE WHAT PLATTER MEANS AND COMPARE WITH OTHER RESTAURANTS . I WON'T ORDER AGAIN AND I WILL LET MY ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW. PRICES ARE SO HIGH FOR SUCH A BAD FOOD AND...

The menu displayed outside is outdated, the prices don't correspond. I've entered in as I thought they have decent prices but I had a very unpleasant surprise when the bill came back.

I feel cheated. The tripe soup was so bland , it had no garlic whatsoever. Everywhere you serve this soup they bring you garlic and milk cream on the side, here I had to pay extra. Disgusting and shame on the owners.

I don't recommend this place. Why is it that they have to take advantage of their own people? That's why the place is desolate
