Pizza Hut Ilford (Halal) — Restaurant in London

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Delivery was late which isn’t a killer but the way the delivery driver packed my order is completely inhumane. He gave me the order and it was nearly half folded and crushed together. Ruined my night along with the family so we then decided to make home food and enjoy that instead. Spent over £60 on this order and that’s how they serve us, oh yeh complained to the customer care team and they give me a £10 e-voucher after all the food went in the bin. I want my money back you scammers! I chucked the pizzas and sides away but just managed to get a pic of the sides. PIZZA HUT SHOW US CUSTOMERS SOME RESPECT!

Update 17/9/2023 Now 5Stars after the store manager called me and apologised which is what we customers need. Ordered same again and this time I picked it up and it was perfect and family enjoyed it. Thanks to the ILFORD HUT team. Well done to ALMAS for calling me....

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable, helped us with recommendations, and ensured our order was perfect.

The service was quick, and the food was served fresh and hot. The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with generous toppings and a great balance of flavors. The sides and beverages complemented the meal perfectly.

What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued, checking in regularly without being intrusive. The cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall great experience.

Went with a friend to eat in, simple order - pizza and drink. Recieved wrong pizza. I know how busy pizza stores can get so was understanding at first. 10 mins later what appears to be a manager (who gave no apology) grabs a random pizza and hands it to me. To my suprise (not) i recieve yet the wrong pizza again this time with a completely different base than ordered. I expressed my frustation at this to this worker "manager" and yet again to my suprise (not), no apology for the inconvinience.... I said "no apology then? What "good" customer service" Had to wait a total further 20mins just to recieve the correct pizza, whilst my friends one got cold. I could hear the staff laighing and speaking in their foreign lauguage (shock)... To put it bluntly, piss poor service. We were the only customers eating in too so no reason to get the order wrong twice! I dont recommend this...
