Chern Thai — Restaurant in London

This was my first time going to this restaurant after seeing good reviews about it on TikTok. I wanted to try a new somewhere new and it was the perfect choice! As a starter, we ordered the Satay Chicken which was perfectly cooked and charred. It had subtle flavour but it was enough as the Satay Sauce added more flavour. The Satay sauce was peppery & creamy with peanuts which added some consistency.

I ordered the Green Curry & my partner ordered the Red Curry. Both curries were extremely flavourful, not salty or overbearingly spicy. It was rich with flavour, the chicken was tender and succulent, the veg to chicken ratio was on point for us & the broth was hearty. The Green Curry had a little spice but nothing unbearable. Decided to stop off for lunch. We've walked past this restaurant many times but never ventured in but glad we did on this occasion. We had the set lunch and ordered the Tom Yum Soup and Pad Thai (with prawns). The soup was really delicious and so was the Pad Thai. The set meal was really good value for money especially when you factor in the local area. We definitely recommend you give it a try.
