The chicken deluxe is DRY and the burger fillet is SOO thin a bite into the burger all you can taste it the bread. Towards the end of the burger all I was eating was the bread buns 🙃

The owner is stingy. I’m sorry to say this but for £7.50 you would expect the fries portion to be decent, ridiculous amount of fries the way he was putting it inside the box was as if he was counting how many needs to go in each box.

You can’t purchase a kids meal after 5 lol because apparently “this isn’t nandos” and they don’t want adults buying kids meals for themselves. Seriously? This is pathetic! Well there are people who come to the shop without bringing our kids as we are getting takeaway to take it back home to the kids. Lol? Never heard a shop complain about people getting kids meals and even if some adults DO decide to get a kids meal why is that bad? Some people genuinely can not eat that much. Please be a bit more considerate and they are paying for it, it’s not like you’re giving it out for free?

The kids meal portion of fries is same as the normal “adult” meals, what an absolute rip off. Felt mugged off.

The owner and the workers talk in their own language in-front of customers. A huge 🚩! Thankfully I understand what they were saying again talking about the kids and saying this isn’t nandos where adults can eat kids meals 🙄

Still one of my favourite burger joints in London but I feel as though the standards have dropped a little over time.

Food: The food has been a bit hit and miss recently. On some occasions I visit, the food is just as I always remembered but more recently on two separate occasions the food has not been to the same high standard I am used to when buying food from here

Price: The prices have gone up over time and normally that is acceptable. However sadly with Chicago Grill it also appears as though the portion sizes have diminished over time. The meaty chips for the price is outrageously expensive for what it is

Service: I tend to use the collection service when I visit. I ring 15 minutes in advance so that I am not waiting around once I get to the shop. Sadly, on multiple occasions I have waited around for a further 10 mins or so before my food is ready.

Overall the food is good but I feel as though they are starting to cut corners now which is really detracting from the overall experience. I hope the management reads this review and reflects on how the service used to be and makes an active attempt to improve. It would be such a shame if the service continued to drop.
