Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

I orderd mega box and it was around £6.49 Ask me if it worth for the money and I'll say no just put the money in the drainage instead because it's the worst food I ever aten and the burger seem nasty and tasteless and dry chicken like its cookd yerstaday and the I had a chicken piece and as you seen in the pictures that's all I ate because its just like I ate a peace a wood peas and I had to put in the bin and its most dried chicken and become harder and then I had the gravy I think they miss understood what Is gravy to masala sauce and it was so thin like they washd the masala dish and didn't want to wast and put in a little container and give to Coustomer like its a gravy and finaly spicy chips dont even bother because it was cold and cheap chips added just chilli powder. Finaly the staff and alot of people put good reviews about them but my experience was different and when I went 1 old guy took order no hello no smile the basics and he took a order and then he told another person to give the food and he is gone then another guy was cleaning the oil middle of lunch time that's why I can understand food is cold and dry bec they pre cookd every think the day befor and then the women who got my food ready and she don't care of the job and I think she didn't want to be they maby she requested day off and maby they didn't giver so she didn't even say hi or smile and when i got my food I say thank you and she just lookd at me like I'm for another planet and while I walk out.

Very bad customer service experience. We order food by Uber Eats. First we get the call that it will be late because of no one from Uber eats present. Ok totally understand. Later we found out that delivery is about to come. So we wait, listen for doorbell. Last check in Uber eats and... Delivered. Our question is: to whom because we do not get it! We call to restaurant and first they pick up phone then in the middle of sentence they put it down. Once again call they said only the things which we can find out by ourselves in app. They take our number they will call. So they call back and said that Uber is delivered. For our question to whom (we ask 3 times or more) suggest to call to driver they said that they can't (we know that they can but for what they get money end of story for them) we have to sort out by ourselves. So we do not have food and £30. They probably forget who is their customer. Uber eats big mistake as well but we can't contact with driver to sort out! They can. Any apologies of course. But what you can expect from someone who hardly understand and...

The best Chicken Cottage in London. I am a Chicken Cottage connoisseur - I have tried Chicken Cottages in London Bridge (both of them), Tooting, Watford, all over London tbf. However, this is by far the best. I miss living in Rayners Lane for this sole reason! Boss man is very friendly, he has seen me grow from a boy to a man. The flavour he put into his food is unreal.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews, they clearly don't have an idea on what they are talking about. Or, they have has 1 bad experience and based all their future opinions on this (shame on them for missing out).

Every time I come back to Rayners Lane I order Chicken Cottage. The best in London. I miss boss man, I miss those chicken wings, I miss the burgers, the fries, everything!
