Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

Eating here was not a great experience. I ordered a regular quarter pounder (£2.99), but got charged for a quarter pounder meal (£3.99). They made me the meal, but it's not what I wanted. I could have easily said that I'd been given the wrong item, but the guys working there were disrespectful, so I couldn't be bothered to tell them they had charged me an extra £1 and cooked more than I went in there to eat. I don't know how "a quarter pounder" can be mistaken for "a quarter pounder meal", and as for the food itself, BLAND is all I can say. I thought I was going to be sick from the burger at one point after eating. I can see a real mixture of reviews here, but I will not be returning after this...

I ordered 3 chicken burger meals all with bbq sauce I told them a little bbq sauce on all of them then I got home and this is what I get. Also the 2 young lads need to get told by there uncles or older brothers that work with them that they shouldn’t act up that they ain’t built like that, they both wear glasés and I can tell there soft but want to act up so advice there dad or uncle to let them know that out in the real world for acting like that you will wake up not knowing what happed with your nose plastered across your face. One of the worst experience I ever had ordered from Uber eats the grilled burger meal was so dry felt like eating a hard rock. My friend ordered half chicken Meal she also said it’s so off and felt old not fresh at all. Avoid if you can the food is not tasty at all and very dry.
